Located 5 miles directly south of Lakeland Airport. FREE High Speed WiFi. This is a guest cottage next to the main house. This offers economical stay with the privacy of a house. This property sits on 2 acres in a beautiful and quiet subdivision. 1 bedroom 1 bath with washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen including Keruig, traditional coffee maker, deep fryer, air fryer, crockpot, microwave, fridge with ice maker and water softener system. If we don't have it just ask. Lakeland is centrally located between Tampa and Orlando minutes from I-4 .We are located just minutes from Plant City and the Strawberry Festival. Close to Walmart, Publix, local gyms, golf courses, mall,movie theater and bowling alley. Our property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood on a dead end street perfect for doggy walks or some quiet solitude. Large open front yard.

The guest house was clean, the family that hosts the property were so kind, and there are even goats you can pet on the property! I would definitely stay again.

This is a great place for couples to stay. It is small but plenty of space for two and it is set up very well. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are in the area.

Perfect location!

This was a perfect spot for our visit to FL, super close to our relatives. This property met the needs of our family during our stay. Nice quiet location, perfect for morning walks with our dog. Would stay here again.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our stay. It was exactly what we needed. We were in town for an overnight race, and it was the perfect distance from the venue. It is the perfect size for two people. It was a great stay, we enjoyed the property and the neighborhood we enjoyed sitting outside under the canopy and the grandkids enjoyed seeing the goats and the swing in the front yard it’s a wonderful little apartment for me and my wife and big enough to have the kids and grandkids stop by and visit the owners are super nice and responded to any of our questions it was another wonderful stay at this property we have stayed here multiple times one of our favorites oh and the grandkids enjoyed a book from the book house out by the road we recommend this property to any couple that needs a quiet place to stay

I was especially pleased that this property is located in a very safe neighborhood. It is not located in downtown Lakeland, but it is in a very nice suburan neighborhood. Never once was I concerned about my safety. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The host and his family were very nice.

They went above and beyond!

They not only allowed us to have a large family gathering with toddlers; Wendy was kind enough to set up tables and chairs including tablecloth and placemats, and, even toddler-sized versions!Entertaining a large party was no problem. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to even serve a traditional turkey dinner on serving platters!

It works

First impression wasn't the best it felt tight and everything seemed older. It did work for what we needed because we were not there much but to sleep. There is goats which come up to the door but was not a bother to us. Over all for the price and location it works.
