Hidden fees not included in description a $100 incidental deposit was required, and this is nowhere on the website ice cold showers no hot water for us. There was a spot with coffee cups and coffee, but no coffee pot Beatles in bathroom ewww i’m sure the cleaning ladies found them squished on the floor you need to fumigate, ice bucket was disgusting, but luckily, we travel with dish soap and a sponge

This hotel has major moisture issues with water staining, mold smell, peeling wall paper being stapled to keep it in the walls. When I arrived I was concerned by peeling wallpaper in the lobby so checked the room before bringing my family inside. It smelled musty and unpleasant. Went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. It was not any better. Both rooms also were very worn with beds sunken in the middle. Went down stairs and explained I have asthma and couldn’t stay there due to the mold. Front desk refused to refund at that time but said it would be refunded in the morning. Contacted Expedia while dealing with front desk and they promised to work on the refund in the morning when the manager was in. Next day manager lied to Expedia and says I never mentioned anything to the front desk. If you want your hard earned money stolen by a hotel who doesn’t care in the slightest to properly maintain their hotel then this place is perfect for you.

Very courteous staff (Custodian was very happy and seemed to enjoy interacting with people). Room Service (something that is difficult to find nowadays) did a great job -DAILY-. I like having my room freshened up, room service even folded a pair of my Wranglers for me that I'd left out. Place is undergoing renovation, but I thought the staff overall was great and I appreciate their efforts.

Pros:: The people who worked there were very hospitable at the front desk. They were very knowledgeable about the area, especially the guy who worked in the evening to early morning shift. I liked the breakfast menu options, blueberry bagels, oatmeal and grits, waffle station, oranges, orange and apple juice, biscuits with sasuage gravy, mini cereal bar, etc. The breakfast seating area was nice and big for families to sit together. I loved how they played the sport games in the evening several guests were watching the NFL games and the NBA games. Inside the room, The bed was really good and I slept well. The closet space was just perfect. I could hang up several dresses. The TV was huge and made watching it like a movie theatre. The desk was big enough for me to work from home there. You can make coffee in the room with the coffee pods. The towels were clean in the bathroom. And my favorite is the water pressure in the shower was just right!!! Cons:: The room seemed to be clean. There were still items in the carpet. The light fixtutre in between the beds did not work. The bathroom was almost clean. The sink was stopped up with some white stuff in it. There was a dirty q-tip left on the floor in the corner. I saw two baby roaches around the sink the day I checked out. I also saw a baby roach coming out the ac unit when I turned the heat on.
