Clean great bed to sleep in

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of clean towels available. The breakfast bar was very limited and left a lot to be desired. If you like to grab cold cereal or bread items on the way out the door, its for you. For those who like to have protein to start the day there was no options available. Thankfully there was a waffle house not far down the road.

El staff del Hotel estuvo muy atento y muy servicial, pero el Hotel está muy malas condiciones, pasé por tres habitaciones para ver si podía quedarme, y las tres habitaciones tenían una peste, humedad insoportable, cucarachas, caminando por las paredes y hasta en la cama, así que esa noche tuve que irme a otro Hotel, pedí mi reembolso y me lo dieron enseguida. Lamentablemente el personal es bueno, pero el Hotel está inolvidable.

La Quinta West unfortunately fell far short of expectations during our stay. Upon entering the room, there was a strong damp and unpleasant odor that immediately made the environment feel unclean. We booked two rooms for our family. Just to start the rooms were dirty, had pests, smalled bad and had visible stains on the walls and furniture. The sofa was particularly stained, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. Despite the hotel staff’s willingness to change our rooms when we raised concerns, the roach problem persisted, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. The presence of roaches in multiple rooms clearly indicates poor hygiene and pest control measures. Overall, the hotel is in dire need of a thorough deep cleaning and major renovation. Removing old rugs and addressing the dampness would make the rooms comfortable and safe for guests. Until these improvements are made, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel due to its filthy conditions and pest issues.
