This beautiful little cottage has it all. Everything has been newly renovated, all new furnishings, smart home equipped, new appliances and more. Have a cup of coffee on the back porch and enjoy the beautiful landscape while you listed to the birds singing their early morning songs. All rooms are furnished with the nicest linens and mattresses for your comfort. Also, all rooms have 50" or larger smart TV s with the latest subscriptions to Amazon and Netflix.
5 minutes from charming Downtown, 2 minutes from Florida Southern College, and just 6 minutes from Florida Southern College.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for our guests as well as the protection of our properties.

* You must have all guests registered. If 4 people are coming to the home then it needs to be booked for 4 guests, not 2. There is a charge of 15.00 per night per guests over 2. If the correct number of guests are entered during booking then your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after 2 we are able to keep the base rates lower. We have a zero tolerance policy for people who misrepresent the number of guests on there reservation.

* There is a non refundable pet fee $250.00 per stay. Also, if you have a pet you are responsible for any and all damages to our home.

* We only allow dogs, no cats so please do not ask. Also, we have a lot of breakable items in the house so please keep that in mind. Small dogs are ok.

* If your looking to host an event such as a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or any celebration that would involve guests other than those booked please send an inquiry for a custom rate proposal.

Adorable Cottage
We LOVED our stay in Lakeland at this property. We were in town to visit our son who attends Florida Southern College. This property was very close to the campus and to the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. The cottage is comfortable and has EVERYTHING you need! We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook as well as aluminum foil and plastic wrap for leftovers. The bathroom, although small, was stocked nicely with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. We loved the backyard, it was very relaxing. We would have loved to put on the fire pit, but the gas tank was empty. We definitely would stay again. Anthony is a great host and very easy to communicate with! Thank you so much.

Charming House
My son and I stayed at this lovely home for 4 nights. We absolutely loved the property! The house was well stocked and the Guest Viewer made it simple to find not only information about the property but local attractions. The fenced in backyard was a peaceful place to relax. There were a couple cats that came to visit but they didn’t seem to be bothered by us. The house had ample space for the two of us, plenty of TV’s and I especially liked the little office area. We did find one board game but it would have been nice if the house had a few more. My only complaint was the landscape company showed up early one morning to plant flowers/shrubs and put down new mulch. I would have preferred the work done before/after our stay but I know this isn’t always possible to schedule. The host was very accommodating and charged us a prorated rate instead of an additional day as our flight home was a later evening flight. This allowed us extra time in the Lakeland area. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.
