The place was dirty, it reeked of maijuana. I felt unsafe there. I ended up leaving around 3 am because i was too scared to fall asleep. I should have left much earlier, but i needed a break from driving. I would never recomend this hotel to anyone.

The people were not helpful. Hotel was overbooked and told me I wouldn’t be charged and I was. All she would say was “ well it’s not my fault”.

Very basic stay hotel room!

The was simply a plane jane space mostly just to sleep at night. There was no wow factor to it, bed wasn't very comfortable, the tv DID NOT work and it didn't offer anything to make you want to stay in the building. It was about 12 minutes away from the SEU school we needed to attend for several days.

The Hotel itself is very neglected..needs update, paint and repairs.. the reception area very poor..as a single women traveling I felt a bit unsafe..the actual check in Area has was very small with a pull down garage door type security syt to close off desk.. which makes you feel there are security issues. I’ve stayed at extended stay suites before in other locations and this did not meet standards at all set by others that I’ve stayed at .. the are absolutely No supplies in room.. coffee maker, any cups silverware.. I cut my stay short due to disappointment in hotel. The room was clean .. noise level very poor ..awoken by adjacent rooms bed banging against wall .. would not recommend

So many negative things. I stayed 1 night and checked out early and went to a different hotel. Tv didn’t work. Toilet didn’t work. Electronic door locks didn’t work. Wont every go back.

My flight was delayed and due to not being on time I wasn’t able to check in after midnight and they said it was impossible to check in at that time. They didn’t compensate me or even called me back. Customer service wasnt the best either. They just didn’t care about me not having a place to sleep that night even after I explained my flight was delayed. Something I couldn’t control

BEWARE!!!! This property is a high drug traffic area!!! I called this property a day before my check-in to let them know I was traveling from out of town & needed to find out if I had to pay anything upon arrival since my rooms were booked/paid through Expedia, the receptionist clearly stated not once, but twice, that I was all set & that all I had to do was check in.. Upon arrival, I had to put up a $100 deposit PER ROOM before checking in & I only had cash. They do NOT accept cash, only debit or credit card. The receptionist was VERY unprofessional when I got to the front desk, she continues to stand in the back folding clothes out of their dryer behind the desk, knowing that I was there to check-in. The area is a high traffic drug area as I witnessed several times, drug activity going on in the parking lot (passing of drugs back & forth through car windows) A car would pull up and drive to someone standing in the parking lot, they would walk over to their car & remove something from their pocket & hand it through the window to the driver of the car & then put something into their pocket. The lighting in the parking lot was very poor. Once we got checked into the rooms, the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned (dirty sheets on the beds, stains in/on the sinks, hair in tubs, broken grab bars in the tub that was patched together with tape, torn furniture, and lastly, NASTY TOILETS!!! (Luckily I brought my own sheets and purchased cleaning supplies from the local Walmart)
