Plan your winter getaway today. Fully furnished one bedroom in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. Located in Pinetop-Lakeside just 32 miles from Sunrise Ski Resort. Great for a romantic getaway, or âwork from homeâ with higher elevation, cooler temps, and beautiful pines. Our tiny house has everything you need after a day of skiing or enjoying other outdoor winter sports. Located in a quiet tiny house community of LuxTiny. Close to all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The space
Fully furnished one bedroom in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. Located in the town of Pinetop-Lakeside, just southeast of Show Low. Amazingly comfortable Sleep Number brand split-king adjustable bed. The mini-split air conditioner and heater is very quiet. We have added two space heaters to add additional comfort during the winter months. Includes a fully-stocked kitchen with frig, oven with 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and everything you need for cooking at home. Kitchen island with bar stools. Fast internet, and two TVs with ROKU and free Netflix. One bathroom with shower (no tub). Two comfy La-Z-Boy recliners. Propane grill and outdoor furniture right outside the door. The house is set up for two guests, but you are welcome to throw an air mattress on the floor for the kids. Pet-friendly.
This is also a great opportunity to test-drive a âtiny house.â At 396 square feet, our home is about the size of a small condo, and much bigger than most hotel rooms. But this is a self-contained tiny house located in LuxTiny, Arizonaâs premier tiny-home community. This is a true house, not an RV â much bigger, much better designed and built, and much more comfortable than an RV. And all one level â no loft. If youâve ever thought about trying to downsize and live in a comfortable smaller space, this is your opportunity to see the community, see the different models of homes, and experience the comfort of a well-made home â smaller but still big enough for a king-size Sleep Number bed. Come stay for a weekend, a week, a month, or more. You will absolutely LOVE this place!

Nice Tiny Home
We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the 4th of July holiday weekend. The location was convenient & close to everything that we wanted to do while in the Show Low area. Our friends were at Vacation Village so this home was close to them. Most of the homes on Amanda Dr. are junky looking & you need to drive by them to get to this tiny home. The home is on lot #1 which is one of the better lots in this tiny home development. Some of the lots were not as nicely kept up as this tiny home is. In our opinion, the developer put too many lots in this development so the homes are crowded in too close to each other. It has a beautiful deck on it that isn't shown on the outside picture of the home when you see it on VRBO. Luckily, the deck faces a vacant piece of land so we didn't have to view the tiny home located next door to #1 when we were on the deck. Aside from the area, this rental was really nice & super, super clean. Our only suggestion for this home would be that it needs a non slip mat in the shower. The floor of the shower, which is super nice, is very slippery when you are showering! We appreciate that the owners allowed pets in their home!
