Main Level Living area has a large comfortable sectional with plenty of additional seating, and a large cozy fireplace. An 84" Flat screen Smart TV set up for streaming with WIFI. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episodes or snuggle in and read a book while watching the sunset. Gorgeous views, and a wall of windows in the living area make it a nice place to relax and take in the scenery!

Modern kitchen, with stainless appliances and a large island make eating in efficient and enjoyable! The bright white kitchen with stone countertops carries the coastal vibe and of course the VIEWS from the kitchen are excellent as well! Fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the kitchen table with seating for 6 or simply sit at the bar with 4 comfortable stools.

A formal dining room set up for 8, with a table extension for up to 10 for large meals or a special occasion. Large bay window with views of the mountain and trees, and high ceilings with a beautiful hanging light make the space bright and light.

There are 5 Bedrooms total in addition to an office with a futon. 4.5 Baths. Three of the bathrooms are ENSUITE Baths.

OFFICE: The main level office is the perfect set up for working from home. Views of the lake make working remote a dream. Private office with a sliding door to create space from the rest of the home. Large desk with comfortable chair, and room for your electronics. A 27" computer & Printer are available for guests use. Leather futon is a great place to hide for a quick nap or additional sleeping space for your group. Office has an entrance to both the living area and also has access to the master bath. A ceiling fan for added ventilation.

BEDROOM #1: The Main Level Primary Suite features a Comfortable King bed with high quality linens and pillows. There is closet space and a dresser for guests' personal items. This bedroom also has a ROKU TV for guests enjoyment and a cozy fireplace for those chilly nights. Large windows bring in sunshine and views of nature. Shades can be drawn for privacy and ceiling fan to circulate the air.

The En-Suite bathroom is luxurious and well appointed with heated floors and mirrors, as well as heated towel rack. A deep soaking jacuzzi tub and a beautiful tile walk in shower. The spacious tiled shower with multiple showerheads is to die for! Separate toilet and a large vanity make it easy to share! Quality linens, shampoo-conditioner and a hairdryer are provided for guests convenience.

BEDROOM #2: The 2nd level Primary Suite also features a fireplace and a comfortable King bed with quality linens, and plenty of closet space and a dresser for guests' personal items. Bedside lamps and end tables for reading before bed. A ROKU Smart TV makes for a comfy night in watching your favorite movies and relaxing in bed. Plenty of windows let light in and feature the gorgeous lake view. Ceiling fan and vaulted ceilings make the room spacious and airy.

The Ensuite bath features a large double vanity, with heated mirror and plenty of space for guests personal items. The deep jetted soaking tub is the perfect place for a bubble bath and some alone time to relax. *SHARED separate shower (Guests have access from the other 2nd level bed/bath). High end finishes and amenities make this a relaxing space to enjoy a good soak or a hot shower.

BEDROOM #3: The 2nd level Queen Suite is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed with quality linens, and plenty of closet space for guests personal items. Large windows open to nature to let the sunlight in and take in the scenery. A ceiling fan and vaulted ceilings give the bedroom a spacious feel.

Ensuite has partial bath, featuring double vanities and a toilet. Modern finishes including heated mirrors and stylish plumbing fixtures. Basic amenities provided including quality linens, paper products and hair dryer for guests convenience. This bathroom also has a *SHARED walk in shower that backs up to and is shared with the King Suite. Multi head tiled shower makes for multi guest use when there is a full house!

BEDROOM #4 & BEDROOM #5: There are 2 additional Double QUEEN bedrooms on the second level with (2) Queens EACH for a total of (4) Queen beds. Plenty of closet space, for guests personal items, & Comfortable Linens and Mattresses make a great shared sleeping area. Ceiling Fan, vaulted ceilings and large windows create a spacious retreat for families or large groups.
An additional full bath is easily accessed by the double Queen bedrooms and features a bathtub/shower combo, an updated vanity with Quartz counters, and double vanities make sharing easy. Fully stocked with quality linens, paper products, Shampoo, Conditioner, and hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.

Washer & Dryer on main level for guests' use.

The large fully enclosed porch is perfect for enjoying the Lake views while enjoying a glass of your morning coffee! Comfortable couch and chairs make this the perfect space to bring the outdoors in! Large windows make the space warm and comfy, with sliding doors on both sides make it easy to open the space to the outdoors and circulating the lake breeze. Sliders also open to large exterior deck with a BBQ Grill for those nice summer days. Remote awning for shade or protection from the rain and a bench for seating. This outdoor space is the perfect place to take in the lake views and enjoy the coastal air!

There is also an additional grassy area on the side of the house! Lots of space to walk and enjoy the trees and landscape, as well as trail down to the Lake.

LAKE ACCESS: The lake can be accessed by foot or by ATV. There is NOT a road to access with a vehicle but you can use the private dock. Boats need to be launched at the Marina and can NOT be launched from the property. (PLEASE VERIFY HOURS AND DETAILS THROUGH TEN MILE LAKE MARINA SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS IF BOAT ACCESS IS IMPORTANT TO YOU) The Lake is a beautiful area to enjoy a picnic or some water time with your family. Guests should pack beach chairs to enjoy the lake on a warm day.

The Garage is available for guest use but does have a Ring Camera by the entrance door. It does have some locked cabinets and refrigerator/freezer with Owners Personal Items. There is also an EV Charger.

The property has plenty of parking and space for vehicles in the driveway. There is a caretaker that lives in the converted shop behind the home. You will not be disturbed and the shop is located away from the guests personal space.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and the large private yard. Lake & Dock accessed, Reserved parking in driveway.

Getting Around:
We are located in a private community on a well graded dirt road. We are about 1.5 miles from the main entrance. Passenger cars should have no problem accessing our property. We are slightly up the mountain and close to the downtown city of Lakeside where there is a grocery store, restaurants, and a local hardware store. Short two mile jaunt to the lake and the nearest marina. Situated on the hilltop in the trees overlooking Tenmile Lake and the city of Lakeside. A car is necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into Eugene and making your way down the coast.

Interaction with Guests:
I can be available by text message, phone call or email. I try to give my guests complete privacy but live close by and can be available if needed. A caregiver lives onsite in the detached shop, but does not want to be disturbed so if you need anything please contact me directly.

Great Private Getaway

While visiting Coos Bay for a family reunion, my brothers and our families stayed here. It is a beautiful house, with everything you need and dog friendly. It had plenty of space and beds for our three families and it was great to be able to relax and spend time together comfortably. Since we were in Coos Bay, we didn't get to enjoy the lake, which would have been fun. While it is private and secluded, there are a lot of activities close by as it is between Reedsport and Coos Bay. The host was quick to respond to questions throughout the visit, which was extremely helpful. We hope to have time to go back again!

Beautiful house and view with many extras. Double check dock before booking

This house is amazing with many extra features that are great for a coast house. Covered deck and pet area, covered fire area off of house, and large yard for kids to play. House caregiver that is on-site is very nice don’t be off put by the projects. I would not rely on the dock for boat tie up and it is not private to you but is private to the multiple rentals on that section. Hike (1/4mile) to water is a steep hill for kids to walk to but manageable. Heated floors are amazing tv is huge and plenty of hang out room with enough space to let infant nap while still enjoying the house. GPS puts you at the bottom of the hill. Follow the written direction that are provided. I will 100% rent again if In the area.
