We loved staying here. Room was great only thing we didn’t like is the door to the bathroom slides closed and really hard to open and close with arthritic hands. Need a knob or something to grab so it would be easier to close.

DIRTY HAND AND WASH CLOTHS DELIVERED TO OUR ROOM, SEVERAL TIMES THROUGH OUT OUR STAY. THIS MADE US GO OUT AND BUY WASH CLOTHS INSTEAD OF USING THE HOTELS. THE MANAGER TRIED TO HELP OUR EXPIERIANCE BY GIVING US FREE BREAKFAST AT HUCKLEBERRIES AND THE SERVERS WERE DISPLEASED THAT WE HAD FREE TICKETS AND IGNORED US, SO WE WALKED OUT AND SAW THE MANAGER, TOLD HER AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD MAKE THINGS RIGHT BUT I REFUSED TO GO BACK. WE HAVE STAYED AT YOUR HOTEL MANY TIMES AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS. WE DID APPRECIATE THAT THE MANAGER DID REDUCE THE HOTEL BILL BY $100.00. THE REST OF THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY PLEASENT AND UNDERSTANDING. WE HAVE ALSO STAYED AT YOUR SISTER HOTEL THE EDEN RESORT AND HAD NO PROBLEMS.

Rooms were clean, decor was gorgeous, staff was incredibly kind and friendly! Our only complaint was that the food in their hotel restaurant wasn’t the best quality or flavor. But the hotel itself was wonderful.

Rooms are clean staff are so friendly and helpful the bar and restaurant on site have great food and service love the decor and holiday decorations the grounds are so nice with the pond and fire pits, fish moat,playground and the trail . Definitely recommend we go every year.
