This tastefully decorated apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a quiet residence overlooking Aber Wrac'h. It can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and offers all the necessary comfort to guarantee a pleasant stay.

You will access it via a lift directly from the parking. A parking space will be reserved for you.

Entering the apartment, you will directly enter a large, bright living area consisting of a living room, dining area and a lovely modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area.
You will be immediately won over by the dining area with its authentic and careful decoration where you can admire the magnificent sea view from all windows!

The very welcoming living area allows you to comfortably settle for a moment of relaxation in front of the television. You will stay connected thanks to the included WIFI.
A desk area will be at your disposal to give you the possibility of working remotely facing the sea!

The sofa is convertible, offering a comfortable and quality sleeping option for your children.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living and dining area.

You will also find a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and washbasin.
