Semi-detached alpine chalet. Access via forest path and stone track (not cleared of snow in winter) over 900m (concierge in charge of bringing up luggage in winter - pedestrian or car access in summer - winter parking in the resort). On 3 levels. On the ground floor: ski room (with boot dryer) and laundry room, toilet, storeroom, kitchen. 1st floor: living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with private bathroom (shower and toilet), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower and separate toilet). 2nd floor: bedroom/dormitory in the attic (4 single beds 90x190 cm), 1 bathroom (shower and separate toilet). Balcony, 2 terraces, grounds. Outdoor Nordic bath. Ski Les Arcs 1800 at 500m (Charmettoger) and return on skis possible (easy off-piste). Alpine chalet renovated on the edge of forest, close to the golf course and in the heart of the ski area of the Paradiski-Vallandry-Arcs. Surrounded by nature in a setting preserved. Ultra cozy and warm. Mountain atmosphere. Very nice view on the Mont Blanc. At disposal: snowshoes and sleds. In three words: peace, nature, and Mont Blanc. At Chalet la Maitaz, stay in a comfortable alpine chalet. Enjoy a moment of absolute relaxation in the Nordic bath, installed so you can admire Mont Blanc while soaking in the sun. An exceptional location for nature lovers, where only the sound of the wind in the trees will disturb the tranquility of this incredible place.
