The aircond was blowing warm air all the time.. Ask them to fix it but no staff show up. So i was sleeping in sweat. Hope next time their service will be better.

The property itself is probably about 2 star but service of staff is excellent!. The location of property is very central to Cenang Beach

WORST STAY EVER! DEFINITELY NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL!!

DEFINITLY NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL, WATCH OUT!! Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at so far. I usually don't care about the condition of the hotel as long as I get a bed to sleep at. But this one was beyond the limit. The beds are over 20 years old, the madrass is so old that u could feel the metallic parts of the beds in your back. I woke up with a back pain, requested a new room after a long discussion with the staff. Got another superior room, the bed were more less the same but in a bit better condition. But The shower didn't work, and the A/C wasn't strong enough so you can more or less say its useless during daytime. I checked out one night earlier and went to another hotel. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL!!
