Let yourself be charmed by our beautiful landscapes between land and sea. You will stay near Dinan (medieval city), in a peaceful environment, close to all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmarcies, restaurants...). House ideally located, to discover Saint-Malo, Dinard, Saint-Suliac, Cap Fréhel, Mont Saint-Michel. Not far away, you can relax on the banks of the Rance (a river).<br><br>To make your trip easier, a free bus will take you to the historic centre of Dinan just a stone's throw from the house.<br><br>You will have on the first floor a fully equipped kitchen (senseo coffee maker with pods), a dining room, a living room (non-convertible sofa), a toilet.<br>Upstairs is a bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.<br>The shutters are electric.<br>Outside, a garden and a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a garden table.<br>Traveller access<br>Private parking<br><br>A bus from Lanvallay will take you to Dinard to discover the seaside, go to the market (one of the largest in the region) which takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.<br>
