The apartment is located within the fabulous 3* Apart/Hotel Cinco Plazas complex designed as 3 plazas around pools. It is situated in a quiet plaza designed for families. 5 mins walk to the beach and shops/restaurants with its own private parking area. The complex offers 2 x large pools, 1 x children’s splash pool, sun beds and sun umbrellas (all free), 24 hour reception desk for queries, hospital, doctor, dentist, taxi and police etc. There is a car hire desk and an excursion desk where advice and island excursions are arranged. Wifi in the apartment. Shop – including groceries, alcohol, swimwear etc. Launderette room – washing machines and dryers. Pay phone kiosks. Main restaurant – serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Full bar service open all day including sandwiches and coffees etc. Separate games room. Play areas, pool tables, snack dispensers.

Appartement TB placé et agréable

bonne situation, proche de la plage (4-5 minutes à pied), 2 piscine à dispo dans la résifence hoteliere. Terrasse trÚs sympathique et au calme. Meme mi avril, le temps fut superbe et l'eau (de l'océan et piscine) agréable. Super séjour.

-Die gesamte Decke des Wohnzimmers und des Badezimmers war von schwarzem Schimmel bedeckt. Außerdem ließ sich ein Schlafzimmerfenster nicht schließen. Wir kontaktierten Yadira umgehend und am nĂ€chsten Tag organisierte sie einen Maler, der den Schimmel im Badezimmer entfernte und das Fenster reparierte. Auch brachte Yadira neue BettwĂ€sche, nachdem wir Flecken entdeckt hatten.-Feuchtigkeit war in der gesamten Wohnung zu spĂŒren. Wahrscheinlich war sie umso grĂ¶ĂŸer, da sich die BalkontĂŒr nicht richtig schließen liess. Eine SchlafzimmertĂŒr konnte auch nicht richtig zugezogen werden. Feuchtigkeit und MĂŒcken drangen tĂ€glich ein.-Yadira kĂŒmmerte sich sehr intensiv um das Schimmelproblem - schließlich mussten wir mit unseren beiden Kindern nach vier Tagen in eine andere Unterkunft umziehen fĂŒr eine Nacht, damit ein Maler das Problem beheben konnte. Yadira kĂŒmmerte sich um die Unterkunft und der Gastgeber zahlte sie auch fĂŒr uns. Danach konnten wir zurĂŒckkehren.-Es gab leider zwei Kalerlaken.-Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber selbst war vor der Reise und danach erschwert. Nach der Reise fragten wir nach einer EntschĂ€digung wegen all des Stresses und der gesundheitlichen Situation wegen des Schimmels, wir bekamen jedoch keine Antwort. Nur ĂŒber Fewo-direkt bekamen wir dann ohne weiteres eine EntschĂ€digung-die Wohnung benötigt dringend eine GeneralĂŒberholung. -den Balkon konnten wir nicht nutzen, da dort Tauben hausierten, die tĂ€glich alles verdreckten

The apartment was great. Clean, tidy and spacious. From the apartment it's 5 minutes to restaurants and bars. There's a reasonable sized supermarket 50 metres away. If you're a cyclist there's a good cycle hire nearby.

Bit of a hiccup on arrival the apartment hadn’t been cleaned, phoned the host who was very apologetic and got the lady over to clean the apartment really quickly, she was also lovely and very apologetic. Apartment is amazing a real home away from home with an oven and sky movies etc if you enjoy staying in of an evening. Would 100% recommend this apartment and would return again

2nd time staying in this apartment. Have stayed in cinco plazas 5times. It was immaculate when we arrived informed by neighbours painter's were there all week. It was fabulous. We came for my brothers wedding, family all staying in cincos too. Everyone had an amazing stay here. Lots to do for kids. Evening entertainment has gotten alot better. Brilliant entertainment around the main pool durning day for kids like foam party on fridays. Food from pool bar is good too. Also to add ive 2 autistic sons and this place is just fantastic.

Beautiful accommodation, just to note that the steps were very steep with the last step higher than the rest. This would only effect someone with mobility issues, it didn't effect us, but might an older generation. Just to note if booking.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay, and we loved everything about the apartment. Spacious, clean and great facilities. Excellent communication from the host. The apartment block was in the perfect location for our family, a 5 minute walk down to the strip, lots of restaurant's and shops and of course the beach. The supermarket to the left of the complex was really good and we got everything we needed from there. Great fresh bread and pastries. The swimming pool was fab for our children, it was heated so that was nice. The apartment overlooked the splash park which the children loved too. We would love to return again as we have all enjoyed it so much!

Great location and well appointed apartment

Had great 2 weeks stay with my husband and daughter had 1 week. The apartment was in a great location, it was super clean and had everything needed for a long stay - a real home from home. Easy to check in and the communication with Yadira pre arrival and during our stay was great - she was really helpful when we had a slight issue and was very quick to rectify it speedily. Perfect location for bars and restaurants and the supermarket next door was great. The TV worked well and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed for a good holiday. The pools and facilities were great and I would definitely recommend this apartment for couples and families.

All good except arrival to find apartment had not been cleaned but owner answered messages and sorted it out we just had to wait 3 hours while it was cleaned. Location good, complex good our kids like the pool. Perfect winter break for sunshine would go again

Beautiful apartment and fab location

The apartment is beautiful. It had everything that we needed (and more) and was immaculate. The view from the balcony was stunning. The location is perfect, so close to everything- with a large supermarket next door. The complex it is situated on is brilliant. 2 large pools (one with bar) a quieter one and a kids splash pool - this was in front of the apartment. Great communication from the owner and we would all go again without hesitation.

Great apartment with excellent location and communication

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment. It was our first friends trip away and the clean and comfy apartment made it a perfect time! There was almost everything that we needed and the location was perfect. The views were beautiful and the apartment was very clean! Michelle was very helpful with giving us tips and was quick to reply to messages, thanks for having us to stay :)
