The Space:

Villa Las Terracitas Ten is a stunning, modern villa located in the heart of Playa Blanca with communal pool and air conditioning.

The villa boasts 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning, whist the large second bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds with air conditioning (The A/c units are coin operated).

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area has recently been refurbished and is beautifully decorated with a simplistic but modern style. The lounge has a large wide screen Tv with plenty of international channels, including major sporting and movie channels (sky Sports, Sky Movies etc....).

The Kitchen has been equipped with everything you would expect from a villa of this standard. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.

Outside the villa enjoys a south facing position, meaning you get to enjoy the Lanzarote sun all day on the substantial terrace. The villa has a Bbq, Al Fresco Dining area, rattan sofas and sunbeds to lounge out on.

The villa is located in central Playa Blanca in the residential urbanization of Las Terracitas. It is only 2 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and the old town harbour. The main centre of Playa Blanca is only 5 minutes walk where the main abundance of restaurants and bars can be found.

Both Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca town beaches are again only 5 minutes walk, so a car really is not necessary unless you wish to explore the island further.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

Airport Transfers are available both Shared and Exclusive. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

Car Hire. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

Where To Eat. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his Bbq packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.
