Ubicación increíble

Mi familia y yo fuimos a pasar unos días a Lanzarote y nos alojamos en casa de Roberto. El apartamento está genial ubicado. Fuimos a hacer kitesurf y surf y todas las comodidades estaban al lado. El único fallo que le vimos a la casa es que los pies se te ponían negros si se andaba descalzo. Los suelos podrían haber estado más limpios.

Super séjour dans cet appartement. Communication facile avec Roberto. Clé en boîte à clés donc aucuns soucis pour les récupérer et les rendre. Logement très propre, grand et agréable

Günstige Wohnung für Outdoor-Typen

Die Wohnung ist vom ersten Eindruck freundlich und auch weitestgehend sauber. Das Geschirr war leider sehr schlecht vorgespült (fettig, teilweise mit fettigen Fingerabdrücken) und die Abtropfvorrichtung im Schrank auch schon etwas länger ungereinigt (ziemlich verkalkt, wirkte dadurch etwas versifft). Etwas enttäuscht war ich davon, dass die Terasse den ganzen Tag im Schatten ist und auch komplett im Innenhof, also lediglich Aussicht auf den Swimmingpool im EG bot, ansonsten von Mauern umgeben war. Außerdem ist das Sofa schon recht weichgesessen und der Fernseher hat nur eine handvoll Sender, alle spanisch. Ich meine, es war Satellit angekündigt. Das Internet war anfangs ziemlich langsam, wurde während der Woche aber repariert bzw. aufgerüstet, so dass es danach zufriedenstellend war. Das Wohnviertel ist stark von Surfern bewohnt, was eine allgemein nette Atmosphäre schafft. Manchmal ist die Musik etwas laut gewesen, aber abends ist es relativ früh still geworden. Das war auch notwendig, weil das Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin zeigt und zwei Fenster ohne Verglasung hat, also nur Lamellen, die nicht schalldicht schließen. Insgesamt war es ok, für Menschen, die lediglich eine Übernachtung mit wenig Aufenthalt vor Ort benötigen, eine gute und günstige Wahl.
