Delightful child friendly 3 bed villa with fabulous sea views ,hot tub & air con

Casa Providencia is an ideal villa for honeymoons, romantic getaways and for families with young children. The pool and steps are gated for their safety. The villa is set on the edge of the village of GĂŒime near the seaside resorts of Playa Honda and Puerto Del Carmen. It is a much loved villa carefully and tastefully renovated whilst maintaining the charm of a typical Canarian home. The magnificent sea views can be enjoyed from any part of the fantastic terrace, whether you are unwinding on the sun loungers, swimming in the delightfully warm pool (heated all year round) or relaxing in the hot tub.

As always, we remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when you book a holiday with us. Our management company, LOVELANZAVILLAS, will be taking additional steps to ensure the safety of all our guests providing a safe and clean environment.

Hand wash is provided in all the bathrooms.

This villa is centrally placed to explore all areas of the wonderful island of Lanzarote. Beautiful golden beaches, an array of superb restaurants and the luxurious marina of Puerto Calero are all just a 10-15 minute drive away.

The garden / pool area contains a 9m x 4.5m (30ft x 15ft) private pool, which is heated all year round. This area is gated for the security of young children. It also includes a hot tub for 6 persons where you can unwind and enjoy the amazing views by day and the stars by night.

Babies up to 2 years are free, and everything necessary is provided; cot with bedding, high chair and buggy. A 4ft sofa bed is available for an additional child. Please note that this would be placed in the master bedroom if needed.

Merveilleux Sejour

Cette villa avec piscine et jacuzzi est exceptionnelle! Elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e au centre de l’üle ce qui permet d’ĂȘtre Ă  bonne distance de tout ! TrĂšs propre et idĂ©ale Ă  vivre surtout avec des enfants elle offre une vue exceptionnelle ! Exceptionnel

La villa est exceptionnelle tout est réuni pour que l'on passe un séjour inoubliable. Bien située pour les visites. Vue superbe sur l'océan, jardin trÚs bien entretenu, piscine chauffée 27 degrés pour les vacances de Noël. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus utilisable à toute heure. Les piÚces sont spacieuses, la chambre parentale et la salle de bain attenante sont trÚs spacieuses. Location conforme à la description je recommande 1000 fois cette location. Merci Valérie pour nos 1eres vacances de Noël au soleil ce fut merveilleux.

Magnifique maison sur une Ăźle extraordinaire

Maison idĂ©ale pour voyageurs indĂ©pendants, loin de la foule, au calme. Voiture de location indispensable. Localisation parfaite par rapport aux diffĂ©rents sites Ă  visiter sur l'Ăźle. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ©: le confort des lits, le jacuzzi Ă  38° mĂȘme en hiver, les vastes espaces des diffĂ©rentes piĂšces Ă  vivre, la vue sublime sur la mer, le chauffage dans les chambres. Maison super Ă©quipĂ©e et confortable, rien ne manque. Lits faits Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, serviettes de bain et de plages Ă  disposition, plateau d'accueil comprenant une bouteille de Cava et le nĂ©cessaire pour le petit dĂ©jeuner du lendemain matin. Top. Petits conseils: ne pas oublier de demander Ă  l'avance le code pour accĂ©der Ă  la maison, prĂ©voir des piĂšces de 1€ pour le fonctionnement du chauffage/AC (pour info: une nuit nous a coĂ»tĂ© 2,5€ de chauffage en janvier; en journĂ©e il y a 20° dans la maison sans chauffage). En rĂ©sumĂ©, une location Ă  recommander vivement.

Excellent property, you will need a car but you’re very very central not far from all resorts. The villa has everything you need for your holiday AC is a godsend and not that expensive to use in the bedrooms the one in the lounge area does eat the credit but no need to use it. Open the doors on an evening and you have a godsend of a cool breeze most nights. Definitely worth a visit.

Fabulous views

An amazing villa with fabulous views. Outside space is plentiful with plenty of sunbeds and various lounging areas. The hot tub is an added bonus although we never used it due to the chilly evenings. Really central area for travelling around the island. The villa itself is amazing, everything is thought out to fulfill all your holiday needs. The secret bathroom is quite hard to find at first but, we found it eventually, nice touch. Thanks to Rossi for dealing with any requests promptly. All in all a really enjoyable Holiday, thanks to Val & Andy for sharing your lovely Villa with us Holiday makers!!.

Great location for us as we know the island well so mid way between The areas we wanted to visit. Spacious and clean. Very well stocked and they left bread, cheese and wine for arrival which was a nice surprise. Some kitchen equipment needs updating but otherwise everything you need for a fantastic stay! Perfect location

We had the pleasure of being guests at Andy and Val's beautiful home in May 2024. The house is very comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. The neighbourhood is absolutely quiet, it takes 5 minutes to get from the airport, all shopping facilities can be reached in no time. The location is perfect for excursions. The highlight is of course the outdoor area with a marvellous pool (30 degrees) and the fantastic whirlpool. We really enjoyed our time here and would like to thank Andy and Val for these great days, which unfortunately went by far too quickly. We absolutely recommend Casa Providencia and would love to come back soon. Bastian and family

The Villa is extremely comfortable with well thought out seating areas, and stunning views, Sadly we had issues with the promised welcome pack not being left, constant barking neighbours dogs and chemical burns from the hot tub which means we would never return to the Villa which is a shame as the actual villa is by far the best equipped and most comfortable we have rented

Wir waren im April 2022 fĂŒr eine Woche hier. FĂŒnf Erwachsene. Das Ferienhaus hat alle unsere Erwartungen weit erfĂŒllt. Drei Schlafzimmer. Drei Badezimmer. Davon ein master Badezimmer mit viel Platz Dusche Badewanne. Die KĂŒche ist mit reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet. Backofen, GeschirrspĂŒler, Mikrowelle. Das freigelĂ€nde ist sehr groß mit einem tollen Ausblick. Der Pool ist beheizt auf angenehme 28Grad. Dazu nebendran der whirlpool. Alles sehr sauber und angenehm. Sehr empfehlenswert

Kurzentschlossen wechselten wir nach 7 Tage unsere Unterkunft. Und es war ein GlĂŒcksgriff! Wir verbrachten 10 wundervolle Tage in einem Ferienhaus, dem man die Liebe zum Detail anmerkt! Das Val und Andy selbst oft hier Leben merkt man an der GemĂŒtlichkeit, der hochwertigen Ausstattung und dem Sinn fĂŒr das Besondere. Wir fĂŒllten uns rund um wohl und von Val onlinemĂ€ssig und Rossi Vorort perfekt betreut. Wir werden bald wieder kommen!

Fantastico

La verdad es que estĂĄ fantĂĄstico. Un poco incĂłmoda la situaciĂłn, pero cuando entras, ves todo y sales al jardĂ­n.... ALUCINANTE. Equipado al mĂĄximo. Camas, almohadas, ropa, toallas, colchonetas, menaje, utensilios,... todo perfecto. Lo de la piscina y el jacuzzi no tiene nombre. Unas vistas al mar fabulosas. No han tenido problemas para las fotos del anuncio. No son rebuscadas. Barbacoa de lujo. Un detalle encontrar un poco de todo, hasta especias y alguna cosa de anteriores inquilinos, de los propietarios o por planificacion. Vecindario tranquilo y sin problemas.

Surpassed Expectations

A gorgeous, spacious, brilliantly stocked villa, ideally located for access to all of Lanzarote, with local ameneties in walking distance and several hypermarches within a short and easy drive. We absolutely loved our stay here, which was truly a home away from home; better even, as it has a heated private pool and hot-tub.. Val could not have been more helpful in answering queries before we arrived and helping me complete the online Spanish health form. Simply wonderful.

Een fantastisch villa.

Een geweldige villa op een prima locatie om het hele eiland te verkennen. Zwembad en jacuzi, 3 badkamers alles heel goed uitgerust. De eigenaren zijn heel aardig en de manager behulpzaam. Een aanrader!

Lovely Villa

We have had a lovely week at this villa in Guime. It is very spacious, comfortable, full of character, in a perfect quiet location (you need a car), and with lovely views. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the hot tub, and at a time when Covid was restricting what we could do and whom we could see, it still felt like a proper holiday to us. Stay 7/03/20 - 21/03/20

We have had a great stay in the property. Everything is exactly as pictured and to a very high standard and extremely clean. The outside space is great and the hot tub a very welcome addition! The house is perfectly set up for young children with really comfy cots provided and the toys for them to play with were much appreciated, especially the car outside! The villa is in a really good location, quiet but close to so many attractions and very handy for the airport without being too close to be disrupted by noise. Any issues we did have were sorted very quickly by Rossi. Thanks again for everything Val!

Lovely villa, well equipped and peaceful with great view

Within five minutes of arriving we had already decided we’d love to come back. The holiday has been an absolute pleasure - if a little windy at times... the outside area is amazing with so much space. The hot tub is a great addition to the heated pool, as when windy it’s pertfect to relax in the bubbles. A car is required but that means you have peace and quiet. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away or Lidl a 5 min drive. It’s also nice to be so close to the airport as a transfer takes about 15 minutes!
