Stunning Villa Guelde is conveniently located just a short 15-minute walk into the very heart of Playa Blanca. With an array of activities for all the family, from an impressive shopping scene to a day at one of the many popular beaches, there's plenty to do on your holiday in the sun. The seafront promenade is where it's all happening, where mouthwatering restaurants serving up freshly caught seafood, traditional tapas, Asian culinary delights, and Italian stone-baked pizzas. You're also just a short walk from the nearest supermarket, where you can bag yourself some tasty treats ready for a feast alfresco style back at Villa Guelde. 
With three bedrooms, this classic property is ideal for smaller groups and families. Villa Guelde is designed beautifully, with a painted white facade, bright green shutters and a red-tiled terrace, classic in style to similar nearby properties. We love it! Sat on a small complex, Villa Guelde has a spacious terrace surrounded by a tall white-washed wall and dotted with baby palm trees, giving you that Mediterranean vibe. As an added bonus, the refreshing pool is also heated from November to April, meaning you can enjoy the pool all year round. Pull up a sunlounger and relax in style as you top up your tan. Patio doors lead from the terrace to the indoors, where you'll find a living room and kitchen on the ground floor. There's also a double bedroom on this floor, with doors to the stunning terrace and covered dining area. Upstairs, we find the remaining two bedrooms, one twin room and a double with access to a balcony terrace.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 160cm. This is also the door to the terrace and poolside. The terrace has difference surfaces, with very small height differences between them. The ceramic tiled terrace is one level, the artificial grass is slightly raised, whilst the block paved footpath is also a very slightly different level. The pool itself has ladder access. The downstairs bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
