We stayed here for 2 nights. The place is located not so far from the beech promenade and the old church. Good walking distance. The reasoning for the bad rating is a combination of a not working ac. extremely hard bed. It’s actually ridiculous.. My mother slept on the couch both the nights. It’s actually 2 airconditions, and the 2 remotes did not work. Only one of them had batteries. therefore it was cold at night with only 1 blanket. We requested a few more the next day and got 1 more. They did not look at the aircondition during the stay. the cleaning was alright. the facility looks good and is perfect for 2.

The apartment was modern, clean and quite everything worked only fault was bed was to hard like sleeping on the floor but in all was excellent would stay again

If you're looking for "Urban Comfort Apartments", it's actually "Eviathe Apartments" which is above the entrance to the property. We thought we were at the wrong place! Gaining entry was really easy with the key safe. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was just what we needed for a 13 night stay in Larnaca. The washing machine and the big clothes maiden was really appreciated. All the appliances were relatively new and very clean. The huge fridge freezer was brilliant! The bed was HUGE and we slept very well. Good air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom area. There was PLENTY of hot water for the shower and the bathroom was more than adequate. Smart TV and WiFi was a bonus. There are several eateries in walking distance and the local beach is about 15-20 min walk away. We had an issue with ants around the kitchen sink but having messaged management, they sent the caretaker in and the problem was quickly solved and the ants were gone in less than 24 hours. When messaging management via WhatsApp, they were quick to respond and they made sure everything was ok with us. This was a brilliant stay and we loved staying here. It was like a home from home. Would definitely recommend!

It's new apartment all in good condition ..the office texting you all the time to make sure everything okay close to everything walking distance to downtown ...bus one minute away

Madrassen var sÄ hÄrd at det var blÞdere at sove pÄ gulvet. DÞrene kunne ikke lukkes rigtigt uden at man skulle bruge krafter til det. Der var kun varmt vand en gang imellem ellers skulle man bade i koldt vand. Ligger midt i mekanikker omrÄde og bliver vÊkket af hammerslag og maskiner til biler hverdag
