On the shores of Lake Kénogami, this cottage offers everything you could want when summer arrives: a private beach, flat land by the water, space to enjoy the outdoors, and a welcoming home designed for long summer days.

Here, you can swim, paddle, eat on the deck, gather around the kitchen island... and do it all over again the next day.

The chalet offers a welcoming layout, designed to make the most of your summer vacation, whether you are with family or friends.



The modern kitchen is organized around a long central island, with benches all around. This space quickly becomes the natural gathering place, from morning coffee to evening drinks.



The dining room is located in the bright veranda, with the lake as a backdrop—perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the view.



A comfortable living room is located on the ground floor.

In the basement, the family room offers a second space to play, relax, or enjoy some quiet time.



The cottage has three bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed) and one in the basement, equipped with a queen-size bed.



The ground floor bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub and separate shower.



Outside, the flat terrain becomes a playground for children and leads directly to the lake.



With a private beach, fire pit near the water, large deck, and dock, everything you need to enjoy summer outdoors is right here.



A pedal boat and four paddle boards are available for you to enjoy the lake.



Please note: motorized pleasure craft are not allowed at the dock.

The cottage has a safe and compliant drinking water supply.

Guests have access to the entire cottage, grounds, private beach, and outdoor facilities, including the dock, deck, and fire pit.
