The location is strategic:
5 minutes drive to famous Playa bonita and
5 min drive to the centre of Las Terrenas.
My house is immersed in lush tropical vegetation, with a large terrace and swimming pool overlooking the sea, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the SamanĂĄ peninsula. The villa consists of three bedrooms, and here you can book 1 room: the one with king size bed and wonderful hill forest view. It has a big seaview bathroom, close to the room and shared with 1 more room (mine) and a secondary bathroom, at the ground floor, still shared.
The shared kitchen and living area is a sea view open space with:

- infinity pool surrounded by palms and plants
- view over the hill and the sea

The villa is located in a protected residential complex consisting of 3 villas, located on a hill overlooking the sea where peace and tranquillity reigns. The city centre is just a few kilometres away and can be travelled by car or motorbike. Las Terrenas is one of the most sought after tourist areas in the Dominican Republic where vegetation reigns, its kilometre-long white beaches are famous, bathed in crystal clear waters and lush with coconut palms. The town is safe and multicultural, well served by European-style supermarkets and restaurants, international clinics and well organised public transport. Possibility of excursions nearby allow seeing some of the most beautiful wonders of dominican republic such as the LimĂłn waterfall or the beautiful island of Cayo Levantado. In short, a tropical paradise.
During their stay, guests will have our housekeeper Guillelmina 2 afternoons a week, she will take care of the house and will be at your service for every need, she can also cook you some local dishes sometimes. From 5.00 pm to 8.00 am every day our safety and security guard Kendi will be present in the residence, available for guests needs and for any technical help.
For most of the year I am present in the house to, available for showing you around and happy to suppor guests in organizing their trips, explore, see beautiful places, perform yoga and watersports.
The room accommodates a maximum of 2 people and the entire Villa accommodates up to 4 additional people (you can also contact me for renting more than 1 room or the whole villa). We have one more private villa in the same property, and it has 4 additional rooms and a pool.

All windows and window doors in the whole villa have mosquito nets and window shutters for full darkness.
The big bathroom upstairs is equipped with - 2 sinks,

- shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- 1 shower head bidet close to the WC,
- hot water,
- mirror and mirror lights.
- Towels are provided.
The second bathroom downstairs has a

- clothes washing machine
- Clothes drying equipment.
Soaps for clothes and dish washing are included as well as shower soaps.
Towels, bed linen and pillows are included and changed weekly. So you can travel lighter.
The swimming pool is open all year 24/7 and fresh water, (not heated, not salty). The infinity swimming pool has no bay watch or security. It is our private pool so we can enjoy wonderful sunsets, char and a beer.
The Kitchen is equipped with

- microwave,
- blenders
- dish washer
- plates, glasses, cutlers and cooking equipment.
It is at disposal of the guests of the villas so you might have to share it with other maximum 4 guests (or with me and other 2 guests). We encourage to be sociable, to share recipes and enjoy the company of the other guests, if any :)
Spaces shared with the other (up to 4) guests are: Swimming pool, kitchen, dining area, living room, fruit plants garden, BBQ, garage and parking spaces. We encourage to be sociable, to share recipees, a beer and good vibes.
The house is perfectly equipped for hosting remote workers: seaview 50cm and 70cm high tables with comfortable chairs, The house is perfectly equipped for hosting remote workers with private working friendly tables and chairs in each room, plenty pf plugs and wifi. WiFi is powerful in the whole home but a secondary internet sim card is always suggested: starlink can show instability if very bad weather comes.
EU timezone workers welcome. We already have some in the house.
Comfortable panoramic tables are available for use and plenty of plugs are around: many Plug type A 120V like USA and Canada in the house, furthermore you will find about 10 USB plugs and a couple of EU 220V plugs. 1 extender is available in each room.
Weekly house cleaning, pool water check twice a week, linen and towels change are included, a security person is available every day since 5 pm to morning.
Everything is included excepts for the electricity bills that is shared and split among the guests for feeling all responsible for our own electricity consumption.
Space for parking (free and private) is available in the property. We suggest having a scooter for moving easier around Las Terrenas. We are happy to give the contact of a reliable scooter/4x4/car rental if you need.
A really good local fruit shop is available in the main street and also a traditional little Colmado supermarket. They are 2 min drive from the villa.
The location is strategic for spending your best time!

- a good local surf school, we can organize a surf camp solution for you to learn surfing in record time and enjoy in safety!
- a local bachata school, to count on dancing classes and great social evenings in good company in town
- a reliable scooter, 4x4 buggie and car rental in town.
Right by the villa you can:
- Surf spot for beginners and intermediate: The famous Playa Bonita surf spot is located at 5 minutes drive. We have a partnership with local national champion's school for classes and training and for your free surfing rentals.
- Surf spot for advanced surfers: Playa Coson is 10 minutes drive distance. It hosts official national championship competitions and I could even rent you my 7ft Torq hard board with leash and fins if needed.
- Kayak tours at the beach with us or just rent a Kayak with our help there in Playa Las Ballenas, 10 inutes drive from home
- Kayak tours lost in natural lakes and rivers with professional guides in Playa Coson, we can organize this for you too
- Tour at the most famous natural waterfall Salto del LimĂČn, 15 minutes drive from home. We can tour you, local lunch included.
- Snorkel or SUP with us (or renting the equipment) at playa las Ballenas (10 minutes drive from home)
- Try Kite surfing: Playa Portillo, Punta Popi and Las Ballenas are at within 10 minutes drive.
- Learn dancing Bachata and Merengue. Did you know that Dominican republic is the mother country of 2 of the most famous Caribs dances in the whole world? We can organise for you classes (private even at the villa with a sea view or group classes at the school 10 minutes drive) with professional local teachers.
