Everything was good. We discovered that the pool table slate needs to be reone. The table is level but when you roll the ball slowly it tends to veer to the right which is a slate issue from years of use.

Great place for all ages

Well located to all events downtown, restaurants, Walmart, Sam’s. Easy to find and near airport. 0ne BD has two double beds (quiet large room) with plenty of closet space in all 4 BD. Larger BD has king size bed and full bath. You will not be disappointed with this pick.

Very much enjoyed our stay! Owner was great!

We stayed for 7 days and had an excellent experience. The location was nice too! We were close to a store for our grocery needs. We would definitely stay again! Owner replied to messages when we had questions very quickly. For instance the battery was low in the smoke alarm in the middle of the night, and she sent the maintenance person over right away the next morning. It was a good experience.

Great property! Fantastic location and tons of room!

We couldn't believe how conveniently located everything was. We went to the strip a couple times and Allegiant stadium for the AC/DC show. You can see about a third of the Sphere from the bedrooms. The house is spacious, tons of room, and 3 car garage parking! We'd definitely stay again!

Fantastic!

I definitely recommend staying at this house! Nice clean and smelled so good when we walked in. Great location near everything. We loved how everything we wanted/needed was walking distance. Daniel and Cynthia were both great host and very helpful with accommodating and answering any questions and concerns we had. I will come stay at this property for now on when I visit Vegas. We felt at home away from home.

Four Brothers Military Reunion

Property is better than the site could do justice. My 3 retired military brothers and I gather ever three years to catch up, in person, and celebrate our military Brotherhood established in the Republic of South Korea in 1998 as Army Captains. Place was big enough for four grown men, and what's cool, a Family member of the owner lives next door, and is as ESPN's Stuart Scott (RIP) used to say, "He's as cool as the underside of the pillow!". 11 out of 10 stars!

Golf Trip

Overall it was a good place to stay, some minor issues but nothing that ruined our weekend. The pool cues were broken, the sliding glass back door didn't lock, and the garage door didn't work most of the time (I believe because how the sun was hitting the sensor). On the plus side, the bedrooms were good, kitchen was well enough stocked for our purposes (grilling and breakfast). We did lose the garage door opener (left it in the rental car) and the property manager was reasonable dealing with the replacement

The back sliding door didn’t lock, The garage wouldn’t open on the smaller side. The Glass sliding door in the bathroom was off as well as the handle to change the temp of the water !

Great, except the bedding

Beds did not come with top sheets or pillowcases, just pillow shams and bedspread. The rooms got cold as it was January and additional blankets were not available. We would’ve given an excellent score except for these issues.

Thanksgiving in Vegas

The house is very close to the airport and convenient short drive to the strip. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The owners respond quickly and effectively to communications, swiftly resolving any issues that may come up. The pool table and air hockey were very welcome! We recommend this property.

Location was great for us, close to the convention center. Only issue is the King bed, we had to use an air mattress and lack of kitchen utensils,, coffee cups, otherwise everything was perfect.

Excelent place to stay with a big family/grouo

We stayed here with our 5 kids and a babysitter while we attended a weekend conference. There was plenty of space, and even a pomegranate tree in the back yard and laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets for use and an air conditioner in the garage so the car wasn't too hot. The only things I would have liked to have access to was a bigger pot for cooking for our crowd and more trash bags. Overall wonderful place to stay. Host was also fairly quick to amswer messages both before and during our stay

The house is amazing!

The pictures do not do this beautiful house justice. The house was so clean and well taken care of. Everything was brand new and clean. Will definitely stay again. The neighborhood is the best in vegas.!

The property was clean large and very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds comfortable and amenities great. However gor safety the listing for future references should list how many large or in general about the level changed in the flooring. I and several others fell on these large steps invluding the young child staying with is.
