This was the perfect place to stay for the week and had everything we needed. The house is spacious, the pool and spa worked perfectly and even warm enough to use daily. Great location close to "local" spots for dinner as well as a quick 10 to 15 minute ride share to the strip. My wife and I liked the place so much we are already looking forward to going back next year for our birthdays.

Terrific! Amazing property and hosts. Beautiful home with excellent amenities, exactly as described. Pool area is terrific. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and it was the perfect place to relax in between games. Close to everything. Hosts were very accommodating with check-in and check-out around soccer games. Family Vegas Getaway

Our family and friends had such a great stay at the Van Horn's house in Vegas. We had everything we needed plus some! Fred always got back to us quickly and the backyard put this house over the top. We are looking forward to visiting Vegas again and staying at the Van Horn's.

Perfect week stay! Hosts were very responsive. We were in town for our son’s sporting event at the convention center and wanted a home slightly off the strip (10 min drive) with enough space for our family of six since we’d be there a week. The neighborhood felt safe, close to grocery store and was so convenient getting to and from the convention center and strip. The kids loved the jacuzzi (in Dec) which would take about 15-20 min to heat up. The bbq was large enough to cook for our family and entertain. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair! We stayed a week at the house for a business/vacation trip. Excellent location for our needs that allowed us to enjoy some windows of downtime. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The house was amazing! Better than advertised. Fabulous and well stocked outdoor space, pretty pool, great hot tub, plenty of comfortable seating with different areas to chase the sun or shade. The house was well appointed with bedding, towels, paper goods, and dishes. The beds and furniture were comfortable and perfect for a group of six. The house, check in and communication made us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is terrific with easy access to groceries, restaurant, and the strip. This was a quick weekend trip to spend time with the kids/grandkids. The house had everything we needed. The pool and backyard set up allowed us to have a great time outdoors even in 111 degree heat. I will stay here again in the future.
