They need sound-proofing - it's loud as you try to sleep. You hear every sound there is as you try to sleep. We have stayed in many hotels - as you try to sleep there's a lot of noise. Not our favorite. They should try harder. We thought Best Western Plus would be much better. We were disappointed.

Checkes in late and staff was still very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty nice but the lighting options I wasn't a fan of. The bathroom was pretty nice, but I didn't like the setup. Overall not a bad experience but idk if I would want to stay again if I had to pay the same price ($250+ for 1 night).

The sheets were visibly soiled. The white doors were obviously never cleaned, they were dirty. The balcony door blinds leave a 2 inch gap you could watch someone sleeping in there. The carpets were visibly soiled. The chair in the living room area was broken. The following morning housekeeping left my door unsecured and open when I returned from training. When I returned that night at 12:30am the balcony door was unsecured and open. They moved me to another room, but the door latch lock was broke n. I did NOT feel safe at this hotel and checked out the following morning. They refunded my stay but that’s not the point. I should feel safe when at my room. Housekeeping should NEVER leave a guests room unsecured and the door open. Idk how the balcony door was open…I never unlocked it. Not once. Terrifying stay and my PTSD was VERY triggered. I was a wreck the whole training as my safety and security had been compromised by negligent housekeeping.
