La Maison Chérie is an immaculate, luxurious custom home located in "clean green " Boulder City". Nestled between two beautiful golf courses on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, LMC is only 23 mins from the glitz and glamour of the "Entertainment Capital of the World " Las Vegas & the LAS Airport. Only minutes from Hoover Dam, Lake Mead Rec. Area, River Mountains Loop Trail & Bootleg Canyon where there are numerous outdoor recreational activities available that will sure to satisfy even the most adventurous travelers appetite.

The space:
"Two homes in one", La Maison Chérie is the ideal place for families, friends, groups and co-workers to host the perfect vacation getaway.

LMC is 4341 sq feet and has two spacious levels. Each level has its own master suite, kitchen, office, and plenty of living space and extra storage. The totally private outdoor space has a large covered patio, separate seating areas, a gas bbq and fire pit table. You can stream or watch your favorite movies or tv shows either in the 5 person surround sound home theatre or in one of the main living areas. All bedrooms have a smart TV. There are two enclosed garages and there is plenty of on site parking and space to park an RV/Boat.

Other Important Things to Note:
La Maison Chérie is only 5 minutes from the Boulder City Airport where they serve daily helicopter tours of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead the Grand Canyon (where you have an option to land and take a boat or kayak ride down the Colorado River), and the Las Vegas Strip. Boulder City airport also has the largest skydiving facility in Nevada.
