Thoughtfully crafted concrete walls and an enclosed private patio create a rare sense of silence, offering a peaceful enclosure where the outside world fades, you can truly hear your own thoughts.

Please note: the base nightly rate includes 1 guest. An additional $25 per night applies for the second guest.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
Due to enhanced cleaning protocols, early check-ins and late check-outs are not available. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional fees.

Guest Policy
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• Visitors must be pre-approved
• Unapproved visitors will be considered a booking violation and may result in a $125 per person per night fee and or termination of the reservation

Important Shared Space & Guest Conduct Policy
• Guests are kindly asked to be respectful of the shared environment and should not interact with the existing tenants in the yard
• To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, any complaints from residents or tenants may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation

Events & Photography
• All events, gatherings, and photo shoots require prior approval
• Custom pricing, contracts, and insurance are required
• Unauthorized events may result in cancellation without refund

Pet Policy
• Dogs under 10 lbs allowed with prior approval
• Dogs over 10lbs are not allowed due to the HOA.
• $35 per night per pet, pet fee.
• $250 fee for unapproved animals
• $75 fee for any uncleaned pet mess

Service Animals
• Permitted under ADA guidelines
• Must remain supervised and leashed when not performing tasks
• Misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
This is a smoke-free home. A $350 cleaning fee applies for indoor smoking or vaping. Please use the designated outdoor area only.

Not Suitable for Children Under 10
The home features sharp edges, hard surfaces, and design-forward elements that may pose safety risks for young children.
