First day given the wrong room number so after long check in went all the way up to find out it was for someone else’s room and had to go back down again to start over. Found out most pools were closed after we arrived. Second day only bathroom lights worked. Third day didn’t get housekeeping although gone most of the day and came back at night to sleep to find out all the bright lights in our room wouldn’t switch off. Took over an hour of multiple calls and going down to lobby to find out it couldn’t be fixed and had to change rooms. Had to repackage everything. Aside from apologies manager would not come out to speak to me either that night or next morning. Asked for later check out, not possible. Asked to keep bags in existing room so we could just go to bed in new room as it was almost 11pm with two young kids. Was not possible. Next day expected at least a night free after all this. One day of resort fees was deducted. Really disappointing and so frustrating. Never experienced this before.

One thing to know is that when you book your room through a 3rd party, nothing is guaranteed. All things are subject to change, this is what I was told when I checked in and my room was not correct as what I had ordered. BUT for my inconvenience they upgraded my room to the highest degree! ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL! Private entrance, nice and quiet, away from the Vegas noise. TOP TIER. My ONLY complaint was that in the morning they offered small plate breakfast but no plates. Weird but no other complaints. Will return!

There are many shops and restaurants very close, nearby, in an area called, "The District." A great selection and variety, from steak to sushi to Italian restaurants, and the Japanese restaurant (Kusa Nori) has Japanese chefs... real deal. Been to Japan over 25 times and this restaurant is excellent. The steakhouse (Carversteak) I didn't dine at but has USDA Prime steaks per the manager, some dry aged, some wet aged, and a beautiful wine list.

For a luxury property there was a ton of miscommunication between staff and departments. We were told incorrect information regarding hours of operations and service availability. We were told the pool was open three times prior to arriving and upon arriving. Upon entering the pool, it was not open as promised earlier that day. We were told the pool management does not communicate well with the staff at reports world and they apologized to us. It’s unfortunate that a luxury property like this is not capable of managing communications between amenities included in the resort fee. Additionally we were advised that we may check out late due to the miscommunications throughout our stay and once again we were bombarded with phone calls from the front desk that started at 12pm asking us to leave even though the front desk exchanged my key at 8 am in morning and told me we may check out at 1pm. Immediately afterwards we had the housekeeping staff banging on our door which happened at least 3 times between 11:45-1230. Clearly they also lacked any clear communication. Following that we received more calls from the front desk letting us know there was an additional $100 charge for late check out. We spent a large part of our trip just communicating to staff on behalf of the other staff which isn’t what we expected from our stay at the Crockfords. The fitness center was not staffed and the pool had no service attendants working besides lifeguards
