As this is a family home, you may occasionally hear normal daytime household sounds. We do our best to be mindful of noise and ensure our guests’ comfort. Nights are generally quiet, but the space is not soundproof. If you’re very sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit. Thank you for understanding!

We had a great stay here. Firstly, this was due to the exemplary communication by the host. We had all the information we needed, she checked in with care during our stay. So good. Secondly, this was a clean and really comfortable and quiet spot for us to stay during our trip. We spent most days at the Red Rock Canyon and were very grateful to return for a comfortable evening. Everything worked well and I would highly recommend.

Quiet comfortable location

Very clean and modern place to stay. Located in a gated community which is quiet. Ashley is a wonderful host. Location has plenty of options regarding restaurants and shopping. I stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioner was wonderful. Highly recommended!!

The property was simple, clean, cozy and tucked away in a quiet gated community. Ashley, the host was very responsive with any questions that I had. The unit is attached to the living quarters of the host, but there was barely any noise. I really enjoyed my two day stay. The bed was comfy and the light switches were marked so I didn't get confused:)

The place was exactly as promoted, In a great location for us. We were in the Las Vegas area to do some hiking. This spot was close to main highways, but out of busy traffic. Everything was clean and check in and check out were super easy!

It is a 1 bedroom inlaws quarters attached to the house. Compleatly seperate entrance. Never needed to contact owner. All instrutions made sense. Snacks and waters provided by owner. We will go back.

Very cozy

My boyfriend stayed here for 9 nights. It was a lovely, cozy, tranquil vacation! Beautiful clean guest house with everything you need! Close to grocery stores and yummy restaurants! We are rock climbers so Red Rock Canyon was the perfect spot not too far away, about 35 mins out. Amazing spot for rock climbing bouldering, rope climbing and hiking. The strip was about 40 mins out. We definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Ashley for being a great host.
