Shaky start, but okay in the end

We came town for a concert at first glance the hotel room was nice 2 Q, until I went to pull the blankets back for bed and there was dried dark red/brown stains on the sheets upon further inspection I had found toe nail clippings and spilt fried rice as well. Went downstairs the nice girl at night immediately apologized and changed our rooms as well as gave me max points earned with Marriott and free snacks and drinks from the little store.

Erin was a great help when my rental care broke down. The dining staff were rude after I asked them to remove the 15% service charge as she just added it without asking. Then she told the rest of the dining staff who all stared at me.

Not a 9 but a 7.5

Good location close to the airport but not on the strip. It’s on a busy road but it was fine. They do charge a parking fee and some incidentals fee. The breakfast is solid and the hotel staff are nice. The only thing I read from another comment here was the thermostat is stuck set on 72 degrees. It was raining the day we got there and would be too cold. We tried to adjust it many times but it would automatically go back to 72 degrees after ten minutes. If you even turn it off the air would turn on every ten minutes! My shower also ran out of conditioner after one use. The beds sheets weren’t covering the bed completely and the curtains on the main window was torn. The other side was missing a stick to pull the curtain back. Regardless our room needed repairs. It was our first time staying there and the main area were very nice. Our room wasn’t great. Mattress is just okay and there was so much space in my room and one night stand was even broken. I like this place and it was decent but not my first choice.

Check-in was great. Staff so friendly and helpful. I admit I was tired and grumpy after 12 hours traveling and being hungry. Recommended great restaurant down the street (Winchell’s). Rooms were comfortable and good breakfast included. We will be back.

Hotel was wonderful. Very easy to get to the airport. Would definitely stay there again. Only wish they had better options for regular milk at breakfast for tea/coffee/cereal.
