Please rearranged the closet in the rooms. The closets in the bathroom are not conducive for 2 people to share a room, and not in a good spot. I do not like to poop and shower in room with my clothing.

We paid to stay for a whole week and our room was never cleaned. Carpet had stains and looked dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows started to come apart, feathers coming out and you found them all in your bed. Trash was never emptied. We called the front desk to report our room was never cleaned. And they never sent anyone to come by to clean our room. We stood in line to check in for an hour and a half. It seemed they were understaffed to check people in. All of the kiosk machines were all down we couldn’t use them. This motel was rated as an 8 on line but what a lie this is. When it rained water was coming in all over the casino, large trash cans were set to collect the rain. We will never stay at your hotel ever again. Horrible!! You need to change your ratings on line.

Room was large and newly updated. It was clean. Wish they had tile instead of carpeting. The bed was comfortable but the frame was large and stuck out with sharp corners by the foot part, I hit my shin hart 3 times on it. Kind of dangerous. The shower was spacious and had good water pressure, but the shower was open on one end, no door, so water splashed everywhere and it made it much colder inside shower. Overall room was great for the cost. Harrah’s is in a great location on the strip, close to everything.

Found mold in the bathroom. Maintenance had to come change the air filter during stay, due to poor air flow throughout room.
