This is a beautiful home, tucked away just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. You will love the proximity to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping and more!

Please be advised that check-in details will be provided on the morning of your arrival. Kindly check your email for my comprehensive welcome guide containing all the essential information for your delightful stay. Please note that I do not accept bookings from Las Vegas locals.

This stunning property offers a spacious open layout, featuring a bar, dining room, top-of-the-line kitchen, and a living room that opens to the expansive backyard. Enjoy the luxury of a pool, hot tub, two full bathrooms, and four bedrooms, all complemented by high-speed WiFi. Ample parking is available in front of the house, surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The backyard features a covered lanai with a large seating area, perfect for relaxation. Everything inside is brand new and completely renovated, with sleeping arrangements including one king bed, one queen bed, two queen beds, and two queen sofa beds.

For added security, please be aware that there are two cameras on the property: one at the front of the house and one inside the pool equipment room.
The maximum occupancy is eight occupants at any time.
Gas heat for the pool is available at $95 a day, with a two day minimum. Payment must be received prior to pool heat being turned on. The days must be consecutive. Pool heat takes 24 hours to fully heat the pool up. During winter months, it could be longer due to freezing temperatures at night.
Propane refills are NOT supplied for the fire pit.

Our stay was wonderful. Host was responsive. The home is very clean, wifi worked well, pool/hot tub were a great place to gather and BBQ. A few things I would have liked to be aware of before our stay, the home is in a older area of Vegas, its on a main road where traffic is high, the only parking is in the front round about of the home, stove has a glitch on one of the pilots it works when it wants to, bring at least 1 or 2 good pans/pots, spices, cups, and a good cutting knife, there is only a TV in the master bedroom (TV’s also in the living room and kitchen). The ice maker on the fridge does work but not the dispenser.

Overall good. Location great. Property wasn’t super clean like stated in previous reviews but ok. I didn’t like the fact I had to be using the Vrbo app to text the manager to turn on the spa. If cooking take spices . Also if staying for many days there is no cleaning supplies to maintain floors clean. We stayed for two days party of 8.

Clean, quiet, and communicative host!

Planned a trip with a few of my friends and this place was top of my list. Well-priced, spacious, and looked like a beautiful place for our vacation. The home did not disappoint. Communication was excellent, and the host was responsive according to the posted working hours. The home was gorgeous, clean and spacious. It was certainly a highlight of our stay! Would highly recommend, and should if my travels need q place in Vegas, I will definitely look here first. Thank you, Terry!

Weekend stay

The property was very accommodating and worked great for us. Terry was also very easy to work with and her communication was great. The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy to cook. The only downside to the property was that there were no blackout curtains or curtains in general; just blinds. We were getting back as the sun was coming up so it was really hard to sleep with the whole room being bright.

Relaxing and convenient!

Our family came to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere and this property made our trip complete! Great place to spend time with family and take a break between Vegas adventures. I would highly recommend this property!

Quiet relaxation

We wanted a place to stay away from the chaos. Nice nieghborhoods around this area. I walked a different neighborhood about every day. We were on the Strip almost every night of our stay and it eas very easy to get in and out (15-20 minute drive).

Great time

We had a great time. There is plenty of room for a large group. The house has just about everything you need and the host responds quickly. I usually like to leave the houses i rent in just about the same condition i arrived. There are no cleaning supplies like a broom or mop. The pool and jacuzzi were nice to have access to. The only thing that we wanted to use but couldn't was the garage, which i wasn't aware of but everything else was perfect. The strip is just a few blocks away. The uber drivers all came within 5 minutes and were also very nice people who told us where all the fun spots were.

Rock Hard Beds - Great Location

The property is within a close drive to the strip. The house is clean and well stocked with items you’ll need. The negatives - contact the property manager well in advance of your arrival to heat the pool- it takes 24 hours and a fee per day. The ‘warm tub’ does not come with a remote or wall switch start. Guests must VRBO message the property manager through the app Every Time they wish to have the jets turned on. I did finally find the property manager’s cell number in the pool guide (which describes using a remote to turn on the hot tub - but I was told that this particular locations spa can only be turned on remotely by the property manager) and text to get the jets working on the second day. I had to text each morning and evening to use it (annoyed by this). Our group may just be used to soft comfortable beds at home but every one of the 6 beds has a low quality extra firm-as-a-board mattress. Some of us slept on the couch because we were sore in the morning. The beds may work fine for kids or for adults that prefer an extra firm mattress - otherwise bring a mattress topper. The pillows are great.
