Overall our stay of 6 nights was good. The resort is nice & new it is however very separated from everything else on the strip. We chose Resorts work because of the beautiful pools and we were under the impression the driverless “zouk” vehicles would transport us to other hotels and important places on the strip. In reality, they only go to about 4 places way off the strip, so when we wanted to go to the Paris Hotel & Linq area, we still had to walk a mile each way. We decided to either walk to mid strip area (a total of about 10miles there & back) or Uber. It’s about $30-$40 round trip to Uber to the mid strip area to Resorts World. Something to really factor in when staying there. Several restaurants avail on property but super $$$$. Food court area was actually pretty good. Must like Asian food. Thankfully we do! Several things missing from the room. Just small things, like needing hooks for towels, extra toilet paper, the bathroom door is large and cumbersome. More like a main hotel door that’s super heavy and doesn’t open widely. Just kinda weird. Nice large shower with good water pressure.

Rooms were very clean and nice. I am not sure why the use the stinkiest lotions and soap....many people cannot handle that level of scent. I had to request something that had no scent because the odor from the lotion/soap was awful and stuck with you forever. Definitely get used to doing everything online as the front desk constantly has a line of people waiting. And, Check in through the front desk takes FOREVER! Otherwise, the restaurants were good, elevators worked great, the Crystal bar and servers (especially Jennifer) were great. I liked the location...not far from the strip but about a 10-15 min. walk, depending on how fast you walk. Room views were also great.
