Great experience at this house. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The dogs enjoyed the backyard and were exited when we had a morning visiting cat one day (very friendly). Overall I can really recommend this house. Location is close to the strip (about 10..15min by car) the neighborhood looks clean and friendly

Dryer didn't work. Took 6 cycles to dry a pair of pants, 4 shirts and a hoodie. I had to clean the counter tops because there was food residue when we showed up. Also the floors were filthy, all my white socks are black from the floor. You should fire the cleaning company! But the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and the house was very cute.

NOT A GOOD LOCATION

The images do not match the property. It was clean yet entering the front door you could smell the cigarette smoke that was being masked by electrical plug-in diffusers that we had to unplug as the smell was too strong. The inside door jams on the floor were taped down with clear tape. The back door in the master bedroom blew open, although it appeared to be taped shut, during a windstorm. The bathroom tub was extremely slippery and there was no nonslip matt or tap to prevent fall. There were fitted sheets on the bed yet not top sheet. There was a chained, pad locked door entrance for a room connected to the house that was locked off and gave the impression this house was rented for more than family gatherings. Again, all in all the house was clean

Excellent Home in Vegas!

We had such a great time staying here! The home was great, nice and clean and cool in the Vegas heat! Our toddler loved running around the house and in and out of the rooms. We didn't use the back patio or outdoor area but it looked lovely as well!

We rented this house to take my daughter to the Haunted Museum for my daughters 21st birthday. It was about 5 to 10 minutes away from the strip which was amazing. The house is so welcoming and clean I have no compliments.

Good experience in Las Vegas area!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house is in a safe but uninspired neighborhood convenient to the Strip but also has many quality restaurants and coffeeshops close by. The decor of the place is corny, but the size of the space and the nice back yard are great, especially because we travelled with our 2 dogs. The kitchen is well-stocked, too. The one caveat: the odor upon entering the property was overwhelming...not sure if it was chemical cleaners or "room freshener" but we needed to air it out. Would stay here again!

My son and I stayed for 6 nights. The home had recently been renovated and had some nice touches. The only negative’s are, 1. Many opened bottles of condiments lift in the fridge. 2. Silverware should be updated. 3. Kitchen cabinets need replaced. 4 Bed in back bedroom is very squeaky and pillows are hard.

Came in for Super Bowl. The house is 10-12 minutes off the strip. Great setup, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large open common area (kitchen, dining room and family room). Neighborhood is just OK, but we had no problems. We enjoyed a cigar on the back patio. Overall, great value with a good location.

Place was nicely upgraded, loved the floors and all the bedrooms. There was no central ac, but there were portable ac’s throughout the house which kept it nice and cool. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, although we didn’t have any issues. One thing that would have made it a better experience would have been comfortable mattresses. The ones there were very springy, didn’t sleep well. For 2 nights it worked.

Comfortable and incredibly clean

My family and I stayed at this house during the hottest temperatures in Vegas. The house was equipped with industrial fans in every room that kept the house cool and comfortable. Additionally, the house was incredibly clean and well -maintained. My only negative was that there was only 2 beds. The futon in the living room was okay to sleep for my daughter, but a bed would have been nice.

I would have rated this 5 stars because the home itself was great. It was clean, well stocked, and had a great yard for the dogs. Unfortunately, the central A/C was not running. Though there were portable units in all of the rooms except the bathrooms, when it got to be 115 outside, it was still 90 inside during the day. I was able to cool the rooms at night to a comfortable sleeping temperature by keeping them dark and closed off from the rest of the house. The bathroom got so hot that my towel felt like it had just come out of the dryer!
