Nice place managed by a not-so-great host!

The place was clean and tidy. But, expect minimal communication with the host, Duong. He does not respond much to your questions or concerns about the property.

Beautiful house

This house is beautiful! We had lots of space, wish all the rooms had TV’s though. My parents kind of took over the living room to watch TV because there was no tv in their room (on the main floor). We were kind of stuck in the master bedroom upstairs that did have a TV in the bedroom. Another suggestion: maybe have some plastic sips and dishes for children staying? My eight year old can be clumsy and since there was no broom handy, I was terrified of him using glass everything. I also would suggest some kind of blinds or curtains on the back door, everyone surrounding could see in. And the trash can was completely full when we arrived leaving us no options to throw out the trash while having 5 people in the house for a week. Some of the outlets around the kitchen (along the wall and on the island) would work one day and not work the next. The chairs around the island kept coming apart. The emails are appreciated but very confusing and “magical/mythical”. I just need the code and WiFi passwords. It was a little much. The house is greatly located off the strip, quieter neighborhood close to food and grocery stores. If you are looking for close to the strip, this isn’t it but we knew that coming in. We wanted something off the path. Beds were comfy, pillows a little too soft. Shower amenities were appreciated and nice. If we come back, we will book again. Beautiful home and I LOVE that couch upstairs!

I paid for this rental on June 14, 2024 for myself and wedding guests from the UK. All was well until 18 hours before check in and the reservation was cancelled. This was after not receiving any communication from Duong with check in information.We scrambled to get another rental that could take us in a short amount of time. Location Misrepresentation

We booked this accommodation based on the location details in their overview. "Las Vegas Strip is a stones throw away" + "breathtaking views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip". The property is nowhere near the Strip (10 miles away) and the only view we could see was a building site in the road and a mountain. So disappointing and misleading,so please be aware of this. On arriving we felt really let down and immediately decided to book into a hotel actually on and near the strip, glad we did After raising this issue with VRBO, as advised by them, we received a reimbursement of their commission, which obviously confirms our issues with this property, location and the owners overview. Now the major concern. At no time has the owner "Duong" offered us a refund, in fact ignored our requests despite us trying to claim back the money we feel we are entitled to. All we received from "Duong" is a sarcastic "thanks". Duong has our money and will not reimburse us so this says a lot about Duong's values. The description of thr location of this property is very misleading and I would go as far to say it is a blatant lie. Stay well away from this advert if you expext to be near to the Las Vegas Strip. Also hope the construction site outside doesn't put you off. We sre still seeking full reimbursement from this booking, Hopefully Duong, the owner, will review our request again and do the right thing.

Great spot convenient location

Had a wonderful time home was spotless and all the amenities were thought of ahead of time. Very pleased for the price and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area if they want to stay near the strip but not deal with all the hustle of the city.

USBC Bowling Tournament

We were in town for the USBC Bowling Tournament at South Point. This house was in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again the next time in town.

Family Reunion

The house was ideal for a family reunion. It was new construction and well furnished. There was no landscaping in the back yard which we would have liked in the evenings. Very close to the airport and the strip. Two car garage was spacious. Enjoyed our stay.
