Love the pool. They have a great filtration system so the water was amazingly clean. Down side to all of these mega resorts is the distance to and from. Also coffee was far to walk. And zero options for coffee at the pool. Oh and the in room refrigerator was full of nothing but booze.

I’ll start with the great: The staff were fantastic! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. They figured out all our issues with no extra fuss and lots of patience. The OK: we stayed here for the pool, but found it crowded and ended up only spending 1.5 hours there. We did have fun, but it wasn’t the relaxing beach I envisioned. The location is far from other activities, though the tram is super helpful. We had a food voucher to use so we ate at Noodle Shop and Ri Ra. At both, the food was fairly tasteless and was not hot by the time we got it after a wait. There was confusion about how and where we could use the voucher. Not so good: room was bare bones - no hair dryer(they brought us one), shower temperature went from freezing to boiling, shower door didn’t close well and soaked the floor. Our in-room phone was broken so we could not call concierge, they could not replace it until after our checkout. I tried to use the AI assistant, but did not get very far. I used my cell phone to call and had to go through a maze of menus to reach someone. They offered a room-change, but we declined as we were leaving next morning at that point anyway and didn’t want to rearrange our things. Concierge was very kind and comped our room for the trouble, but it put unneeded stress on our vacation. Again, the workers were awesome. They did a great job helping us fix the issues.

The property is always beautiful but everything is getting so expensive. We couldn't find any food option that wasn't $50-70 per person and they charge you to use the fridge and there's no coffee makers in the rooms any more. It's a Vegas thing, not necessarily a Mandalay bay property thing.
