Was not assigned a room I was shown online. The room was absolutely filthy and had stains from smoke damage, water damage, dirt on carpet that won’t come out, dirty sofa I’m sure had bed bugs. Pillows and sheets smelled of mildew I’m sure there’s growth of mold somewhere in there. The rooms advertised online is that shows renovated and beautiful are not what they are assigning people at check in. The room looked like there was a rock star party in 1972 that never ended. Absolutely the worst experience. The staff were friendly, and casino/resort was fine but being blind winded by a room assignment was heartbreaking for my first experience to Vegas.

The Room was decent for the price it took over an hour to get a room which was different from the king suite with a strip view that I hadI reserved !! I didn’t like that I was charged half of the price the day before I arrived and I received an email saying there would be a mandatory $100 incidental charge per day I feel that’s something that should be shared during booking I’ve stayed at atleast 4 other hotels in Vegas and never experienced this otherwise the staff was really nice and helpful and the room was clean…The ice machine was out of order on our floor so we kept going upstairs for ice I felt bad considering this was a trip that I booked for my boyfriend’s birthday who has never been to Vegas….

Hotel is a bit run down and def in need of a remodel compared to some of the other casinos. My main issues were finding beer cans from the previous visitor still under the bed, and a shower that had rust and a white mold under the knob to control water temp. It’s just a lot of money to pay to stay in a room with old carpet, a run down shower, and someone’s leftover beer cans.

Clean room. Pool hours are only 10am to 5pm. The gym was packed and many non functional cardio equipment. Free parking and easy to get in and out. The empire strips back show was excellent.
