Plenty of lounging areas including one next to kitchen and additional area downstairs with recliners. The home is equipped with everything you need from pots/pans, plenty of dishes/ glassware, coffee, iron/ironing board, hairdryers, BBQ etc. When you're ready to discover what Las Vegas has to offer, the strip is a quick 15 min drive -only 10 miles away!



The Space:

This is a tri-level, completely private home and private backyard with pool for your enjoyment! Beat the heat with outdoor fan and patio misters! Large propane BBQ outdoors to grill up lunch or dinner by the pool! There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths open for your use. The primary bedroom and garage are not available to guests.

Guest Access:

Guest can access all areas of the home including private pool and laundry room. However, the garage and primary bedroom is not available. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.



Multi-Level Home Warning: Please note that the front entrance is elevated, requiring guests to climb stairs to access the main front door. This home features multiple interior levels and is not suitable for guests who require a no-stairs property or wheelchair access.



The Neighborhood:

This home is conveniently located by the freeway for easy access to the airport, strip or anywhere else in the city! It’s 1 mile away from the beautiful M Resort and Casino and 2 miles away from Starbucks, Costco and many different restaurants. In 15 min, you can reach the south end of the strip, T-Mobile Arena to see the Golden Knights and the new Allegiant stadium where the Raiders play!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft is readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Driveway parking is available and you can park directly in front of the home. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.



Other Things to Note:

There are outdoor cameras that are only viewed once there is a neighbor’s complaint. There are no indoor cameras.



The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
