The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of smoke. The AC unit had an inch of dust on it and smelled foul. Hand sink was dirty and had no hot water. Wardrobe for my clothes was dirty and had trash on top of it. No fridge or microwave. The mattress was thin like they have in prison and no blanket on bed, just 2 sheets. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy. Some of the staff were rude and argumentative. Over all I could have stayed at one of the casinos for about the same cost and wouldn't have had to sleep in a smoking parlor. Don't waste your money on this place.

A cockroach on the bedroom wall and another in the bathtub. The tub was not entirely clean. The air conditioning was so weak that an hour after arrival, I was sweating in the room. But the check-in was cheerful and fast. There’s nothing in the surrounding area but the arena and more motels.

Room was not what I was normally used to for a Motel 6 room. This property appears to have been bought and changed from within. Inside the room was run-down and needs lots of work. Location near busy freeway and loitering in local area.

The AC didn't properly work, our room only cooled down to the 80° range. Outside in the parking area there was fecal matter spattered on and in the rocks.

If you need to, just have a place to sleep and stay inside your room, you should be fine, but don’t look for any extra amenities in this place. It is just a standard old motel six with old motel six habits and behavior on the property drugs prostitution, but for the price and the climate that we’re in Stay in your room and pay attention to yourself your car should be safe

Check in person was in her cell phone with a line of people. 2 ice machines only one working, other appear to be rusty. Rooms have maybe been remodeled they crammed a lot of furniture in to a room with a king bed and put a heavy table in front of the wardrobe so you couldn't utilize it . Pet friendly so it would be nice to make sure there's more stuff to accommodate actually sweeping the rooms so an innocent pet doesn't consume a hair tie or a piece of metal. Maybe have security that roams the property since alot of people need to live on the property as well. Property had just been taken from Park Inn I don't kv guy

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return I booked this hotel knowing it wasn’t gonna be a luxury hotel, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the room reeked of smoke when we arrived. We had to go out and buy air fresheners just to make it bearable during our stay. To make things worse, there was a large, foul-smelling garbage can placed right outside our door. The key card to our room stopped working not once, but three separate times, which was frustrating and inconvenient—especially late at night. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathtub was so dirty that I actually felt worse getting out of the shower than before getting in. To top it all off, we found a small roach crawling on our pillow, which made it nearly impossible to relax or sleep, though we had no choice but to stay. For the price, I guess it’s technically a place to stay—but it was not at all what I was expecting, and I would not stay here again.
