This beautiful ultra luxurious 3000sf newly renovated vacation home is located in an upscale neighborhood near the best that Las Vegas has to offer. This expansive home boasts 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 full baths. Close to the Strip, One exit from McCarren International Airport, Raiders Stadium, The Las Vegas Convention Center, Town Square, Lake Mead and so much more!

This immaculate home conveys luxury inside and out with designer furniture, a modern fully appointed kitchen with all of the kitchen gadgets that you need to cook a great meal. Relax and unwind in the backyard under the pergola, or in the private resort-style pool while enjoying the built-in BBQ and dining space. The home is surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, parks, coffee shops, and everything you need to feel right at home.
The master bedroom has a beautiful and extremely comfortable king bed, a flat-screen tv, large workspace and an ensuite bathroom. Then there are two spectacular queen bedrooms with flat screen tvs and two additional bedrooms with two full beds for a total of seven beds. Everything is brand new with high-end luxury sheets and beautiful brand new beds.

Cons: we stayed for thanksgiving & couldn’t cook since oven wouldn’t stay lit & kept throwing error code, messaged host never received a response, master shower drain backs up so you have to stand in dirty water, WiFi sucks could watch TVs in any of the bedrooms, front key pad is old & difficult to use, missing chairs at kitchen table that were pictured, HUGE RV parked in front of house entire stay, pool cue heads defective, house was dirty at check inPros: beds/pillows were comfortable, plenty of beds

The house is very spacious, but also very cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet with grocery and restaurants close by. The Las Vegas Strip is a short Lyft ride away. We picked the perfect house for our family vacation!

False Advertising!

Unfortunately the backyard/pool area was not as advertised. This was a main reason for us booking this property for our family trip. The photos on the VRBO listing are completely different from what we experienced. The pool water feature and lights were not working. The outdoor furniture was completely different than the pics online. Just disappointing. The house was in good shape and the location was great for where we needed to go, but when you go to Las Vegas in June when it's 110 degrees you want the pool to be what it says it's going to be.
This was taken after the pool was cleaned while we were there.

Annual Reunion

Beautiful spacious home with lovely backyard

We greatly enjoyed our girls weekend at this property. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the bathrooms are clean and updated. The kitchen area is spacious although I wish there had been more silverware and basic kitchen supplies (bring your own salt and pepper). The owner Ashley was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, we did have a very negative interaction with the Property Manager, and I’m really hoping Ashley rethinks having him speak to clients. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially if you have a larger group. Very easily accessible to the airport and the strip.

Perfect property

Great property, easy check in and check out. Perfect stay for what we were looking for. Less than 15 minutes from the airport and the strip. Stayed with a group of 5 friends, all the bedrooms were great, the common spaces were fantastic for hanging out together, and the backyard had everything you could want.

Great neighborhood and host, beds were very comfortable. Great location. Love all the inside furniture. I do think the outdoor furniture could use upgrades and I would say the house is alot older than the pictures make it look. The house itself could use some upgrades for the price per night. Holes in the wall, cracks from paint, old carpet.

All four of us enjoyed our visit. The home was very comfortable and reasonably close to the events we had planned. For future guests, recommend providing at least one box of cleanix, napkins/paper towels and salt/pepper. We would definitely consider this home for another visit, possibly when the weather is warmer and the swimming pool not so cold.

Friends Weekend Reunion Getaway

Our group of 8 friends all left Chicago over 10 years ago to different parts of the US. While we have stayed in touch and portions of us had gotten together, this stay was the first time the entire group (6 stayed at house and 2 stayed in hotel but visited during day) have gotten together since Chicago. The home provided the perfect space for us to really visit and connect. The pictures provided an accurate representation of the house and amenities. The home was comfortable with good space inside and outside to allow for many hours of simply hanging out together and reconnecting. Within Henderson, the home is only a short distance away (10 min drive) from the District which has several restaurants and the Green Valley Ranch casino. The hosts generally were responsive once contacted unlike other VRBO hosts who took more initiative to reach out, provide info on the area as well as access codes normally at least 24 hours ahead of stay. I would definitely recommend for groups/ families looking for a place to be together when not engaging in activities.
