Nice house to stay. Neighborhood is good. Location is decent. Just could be a little cleaner. We took our shoes off for respect to the property and our feet and/or socks were very dirty. Had some dishes that were put away dirty, but nothing we couldn’t clean ourselves. The hostess with hepful with check in and with family member with challenges.

It was so much fun. We came to celebrate my husbands 50th.. the house.. Vegas.. it was all perfect.. even the rain and lightning storm. the house has a cool set up.. my only suggestion is better TP a week of single ply well you know lol other than that we would stay again! It was the perfect space for 3 couples.. we all got real competitive at air hockey which was the hit for us since the water was too cold to swim in the pool. Also, Tina was super nice at check in!

We loved our 2 day stay. Owner gave quick responses with our questions. Mgt. came to greet us upon our arrival. House was nice. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Loved the backyard. Husband loved the pool. Dip in the morning before it got too hot and a dip at night before bed. Kitchen had everything. No problems with using Wi-FI. Thank you so much for an easy pleasant stay.

Not knowing in advance that we can’t drink the water was a big deal. Decibel monitors that were not disclosed, which we didn’t worry about because we weren’t loud but the water and the decibel monitors should have been disclosed upfront. Nice to haves would be fountains and water falls in the pool and a TV in entertainment space on 2nd floor, which is the only area that seats 8.

We loved our stay at April’s home. It was perfect for our family of four (kids being 17 and 19). We met Tina at the property for check in. She took us on a tour of the home and explained everything we needed to know about it and answered all of the questions we had. It was super helpful!The house was SUPER clean, most of the beds were comfy, and the air hockey, pool table, and beautiful backyard pool was a true bonus! The home is nestled in a safe neighborhood conveniently located next to so many restaurants and stores!We look forward to booking this perfect home again next year!

Lovely Home, great for families!

My family booked this home for a weekend trip to Las Vegas for a cheerleading competition. The home was HUGE, and very well equipped. My kids were very excited about the pool, basketball court, air hockey table and pool table. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't warm enough to use the beautiful pool, but we did play some basketball, and many air hockey games were played as well. It was so nice to have these activities for us to participate in with our kiddos.. the communication was spot on, and very attentive. Our questions were answered and the check in process was seamless. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable, we all slept great. There were lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities close by and easy to find with our phones. It took us about 20 minutes to get to our location for the Compeition, which was worth it and reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. some rentals provide bathroom toiletries, but I always bring my own. This house did not provide toiletries or laundry soap, but plenty of towels, both for bathroom/shower use and the pool. The yard was immaculate and well maintained, with lots of outdoor furniture and a BBQ. No complaints and we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Great experience!

Decent Short-Term Vacation House

Overall, no complaints. The check-in process was smooth, but it was the first Vrbo that I’ve had to meet the property manager at the home to check-in. The house is clean at the surface but could use a good spring cleaning. If you’re looking for an ‘updated’ home to stay at, this is not for you. Uber’s to downtown ran approximately 80$-100$ one way.

Im here every trip!!

Best vacation home I've ever had!! Check-in was a wonderful breeze. The young lady that let us know the details was a delightful person, she deserves a raise! House was the best, the pictures are actually accurate. Next time I will bring the kids. Only thing that would have made it better would be some better pots and pans, but as a bnb, what was offered was beyond expectations. Loved it and will be back again. Thanks April!!

Great Spot

A great location for trips to Las Vegas! You are close to downtown and the strip, but far enough away to have a restful stay. The home would be great for families with a wonderful outdoor pool and basketball court and indoor pool table and air hockey table. The bedrooms are large and family areas are great. The check in process is thorough and well done. Recommended highly for a Las Vegas visit.
