The bed/mattress in the room was awful. The mattress and box springs made the worst noise everytime you moved. It was hard to get a good nights sleep. The room was very high tech and cute but the bed was the only problem.

We stayed as a family of 5 with kids (18-22). We had a 1 bedroom (2 bed) and sofa pullout. It was a spacious room with small patio balcony sitting areas and full kitchen. The bathroom mirror is 5 stars itself! It was a tad noisy with helicopter tours flying very near and the the walls are paper thin (you can hear your neighbors just in normal conversation.) Staff was friendly & cleanliness was top tier. There's not much in walking distance, but we knew that going into it. Overall, we would likely not stay again, only because we like to try new places.

The hotel was large and the suites were brand new. Beds weren’t comfortable and pillows were bad. Our beds squeeked which was so loud and there was a dog barking beside us. The check in process was not good and the concierge (human) was very rude. Check in was for 4 and at 730 they needed to finish confirming our room. We missed a reservation. Not great

Nice Hotel, in a good off strip location. the Hotel is only 6 months old and still has unopened bits but this didn't impact our stay. We had great 2 bed room apartment, though needs a few final finishing touches, eg grab handles for getting in/out of the bath. The electronic entry system is a bit hit and miss. Staff are great and always helpful. Check room descriptions carefully maybe with the hotel directly as our 2 bathrooms turned out to be 1.5 bathrooms.
