Rooms were nice. 1st level had a lot of under construction areas. Attended a concert and the air conditioning wasn't working...or barely was. It was so HOT in there! Someone traveling in our group is Celiac. The restaurant was told, however they managed to cross contaminate the gluten free meal and that person had a reaction. Other than that the food was great.

staying at the virgin is always AMAZING! The staff is so wonderful and helpful, the rooms are always exceptional, and the food and bar options here are so perfect! I reccomend anyone staying in Vegas for the first time to stay here because it's the perfect balance of peaceful and quiet but also fun! Also shoutout to out favorite....Cindy!

It may be a good idea to make a separate line for people who already checked in early, but didn’t get keys for the room because it was before the formal check-in time and the room wasn’t ready yet. That way they got stuck behind a large group of other people who need to do a full check in. Helps expedite giving people to their room and onto their activities. They came in town for. Just an idea.
