Room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Gym was ok but too warm, missing weights, and the TV remote didn’t work and there were no wipes. Overall the place was fine and convenient to the town.

Breakfast was not good. Even the hot water for the oatmeal wasn't hot (2 days). Gym was not good. It was missing many weights. There was nothing to wipe down the machines. On the positive side the beds were comfortable. Also, the housekeeper on the 3rd floor was very attentive and friendly. I would go again in a pinch but will explore other options.

Great that they allowed pets. Not great that inconsiderate pet owners next door left their dog inattended for hours at a time. And the staff is limited in recourse. But even aside from that, rooms were ok- our bed had an exploded pen in the sheets we didnt notice until sliding in.

Air Conditioning

The AC was very loud and intermittent. Room was very stuffy at night we had a hard time sleeping. Could not adjust controls. First night smell of marijuana was horrible but that is not the hotels fault. Otherwise room was clean and very comfortable. Did not use facilities but they looked great.

Our room could not be temperature regulated easily. Thermostat on the wall was broken. Hallways reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The only staff person on breakfast duty couldn’t keep up with demand - not her fault, poorly staffed. Was relieved to leave.

It was so horrible I had to call the police , at 2:30 am 2 individuals where at the parking lot , walking around talking trying to look inside the room windows dragging down something that was really loud , like they were looking to open a car or a window of the hotel to get in , very frightening situation

One of the most awful hotels I’d ever been to. Might as well have been a motel 6. I can’t believe how much money I paid for this place. Truly want a refund.

Beautifull place, clean, near to all areas, perfect for family who has students in RPI, quiet, kind and friendly staff, good breakfast. I love this place. I tried to find some hotel where we can feel confortable near to the University, and stay in a lot of them near to Troy, Albany, Colony NY and I can tell you that we found it. I will back soon!

Catch yourself a disease here!

This hotel is filled with bedbugs, fleas, flies and mold. There breakfast is good until you see all the flies on food and in kitchen. The floors in common areas are black.
