• A damage deposit of €300 and a tourist tax will be collected upon arrival
• Pet Fee: €12/day or €65/7 days; Please notify our team upon booking (reservation required and subject to availability)
• Bed linen can be rented on-site for €12/kit. Beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed.
• Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit/week
• If you need baby equipment (cot, baby chair, changing mat, pot and baby bath) please request one upon booking
• Low-speed Wi-Fi is available for FREE at the reception and in the apartment. Premium Wi-Fi is available for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/ week (several connections possible simultaneously with one code).
• Guests are asked to clean their units prior to departure or you can request an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) for €70-€90. If you're unit has not been cleaned prior to departure or an of stay cleaning hasn’t been requested, a fee of €100-€120 will be deducted from your damage deposit.
• Early check-in (available from 11am) is available for €75 per accommodation. Please let us know if you require an early check in.
