With reverse level accommodation and two ground floor bedrooms comprising a double with en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite wet room, this property can sleep four people. There is also a first floor cloakroom and first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed, lawned garden with patio furniture and a BBQ, along with a shared garden with a children's play area. Please note: due to storm damages the play area is out of use for the rest of 2025. Swallows Nest offers just the holiday you deserve. You are also within easy reach of Bude and Padstow to the north, with Plymouth to the south and many fun-filled attractions littering this superb region.
