We were on ground floor room was very clean was noisy of a night with people on next level up could here them walking the talking in rooms the carpark was a disaster very steep and not enough spots when people take up 2 spots apparently i parked in a no parking area and was told management only but from past experience a cople of years ago parked on road and got my car ridden off by a young drunk driven maybe put numbers on each carpark so people park in there own spot other then that all ok

Tv did not work, I suspect flat battery in remote. Bedside lamps did not work, uncomfortable bed.tried to get lamps to work so we pulled bed from wall to check they were turned on at PowerPoint, the dirt behind the bed looked like years of dirt….unbelievable, probably the worst motel my husband and I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. We had to unplug the fridge to boil the kettle.

An old property misrepresented in the main photo. It looks like level ground but is exactly the opposite. Terrible sloping site. The white car in the photo could not possibly be there because it would have been in mid air, ergo it’s probably been inserted. Bathroom was just so dated. The crappiest cistern I’ve ever seen, and stained toilet bowl. Provided glasses, plates and cutlery all needed washing and polishing. Freezer had not been defrosted for a long time. Bed however was clean and comfortable, hence the overall rating of poor instead of terrible. Reception staff took our luggage up two flights of stairs which was appreciated. But would never recommend nor stay again - would rather sleep in the car.

I didn't like the room at all the bath tub was disgusting. Needs replacing bed was too hard. No mattress protector no spare pillows sugar was wet couldn't use it. Won't stay there anymore.
