The coach house was an old building with no lifts and a very steep parking area which made it difficult to walk in. The reception was down a steep driveway. Also our room key was given to another guest who came into our room while we were there. The problem was rectified by staff but really should not have happened

Hot water would freeze you @scold you the next minute no washing up clothes no plugs to hold water in the sink bathroom build on the side of a hill need to have a bit of goat in you

Poor communication on late check in Had to call the after hours number and wait on hold Room quality similar to a college dormitory Very dissatisfied with service and the room quality

The Manager, Shelby was an amazing person. She was so accommodating and lovely. She Upgraded us for our Honeymoon and was so friendly. The room was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this accommodation and its staff. We had a great time.
