The staff was lovely and helpful, clean and comfortable room, steep driveway with limited parking, but well maintained, and centrally located within walking distance to many bars, pubs, restaurants, and directly opposite the aquatic center. This place, the Coach House, was a home-away-from-home and comfortable place to be "home base" while on holidays. It will be our #1 pick for each Tassie trip.

The property is very worn and in need of some attention. The walls were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there’s no kitchen sink which made it difficult to wash up. It was also quite loud at night, and the steep car park made parking a bit of a challenge. It was fine for a quick one-night stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Well … the coach house is very old , surrounds are very steep not a place to stay if your not good at walking up and down .management not very flexible with bookings related to hospital procedures ,we were told to read fine print . So if you are considering this place don’t book if you have hospital procedures that may be changed which is out of your control. Didn’t want cancellation just changing dates management not helpful at all . Just kept saying did you read fine print no cancellation.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The room was very clean. It was quiet and comfortable. Very helpful to have parking at the door. Great property and good value for money. Excellent location for getting around. Would stay again.

Very hilly suburb. Consequently, the walk to the office was very steep, & normally there would not be a problem, but I have very swollen ankles, so found the path a bit dangerous. The manager did come out of his office to collect the keys, to save me walking as far.

We were on ground floor room was very clean was noisy of a night with people on next level up could here them walking the talking in rooms the carpark was a disaster very steep and not enough spots when people take up 2 spots apparently i parked in a no parking area and was told management only but from past experience a cople of years ago parked on road and got my car ridden off by a young drunk driven maybe put numbers on each carpark so people park in there own spot other then that all ok
