The property is a modern townhouse that has been architecturally designed.
It has great views of Launceston, the valley and mountains.
Large windows provide a lot of sunlight.
Renovated in July 2023 including total replacement of bathrooms, new flooring in living area, painting and landscaping.
Deck off the front of the living area and decks off 2 of the bedrooms, all with great views.
The property has new contemporary furniture.
BBQ available.
It is located in West Launceston, which is about 2 km from the CBD and 1 km from the Cataract Gorge.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with two single beds.
Secure under cover car parking for 2 cars.

Perfect stay

Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in January and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The view from the upstairs patio (and all through the house) is amazing and we really miss it. The location is perfect, close to town and Cataract George is in easy walking distance. The host Wayne was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

This is an awesome place to be when visiting Launceston. Its very modern, clean and well appointed. There is good off street parking. The house itself fits a larger family very well and the views are stunning!! Being close to the CBD and beautiful Cateract Gorge was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Our stay in West Launceston was fabulous with our host Wayne so helpful and so good at responding straight away with any questions. The property was luxury plus and the bonus is having two bathrooms. The view over Launceston was amazing. Loved our stay and would stay again.
