We had a wonderful stay. Neat hotel yet on this trip. Was impressed with the breakfast. Meat and eggs and waffles were all available with this free breakfast!. Clean room, clean lobby. Pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The first room was in terrible shape. There was dirt all over the floor when coming in. After the first night, there was black back up in our sink. We were able to move to another room. It was in much better shape and cleaner. It was fine in a pinch and if you have expectations of a budget experience.

This was a one-night stay to attend a graduation in Lawrence KS. It was a nice hotel with friendly and professional staff, and the building and rooms seemed well-maintained and clean.
