We came 12hrs from WI driving through the night, check in was at 3pm we showed up about 10am and they had our room and allowed us to check in then 😊 staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was spot on!

The staff was outstanding. Every front desk staff member was extremely courteous and friendly. Very clean and attractive hotel, even though I've stayed in many from this brand. Outside fire pit, inside fireplace, coffee, cleanliness...all made for a great stay.

There was no sausage links in the warmer, had not been refilled. The machine was broken for juices, no milk or yogurt in the little cooler. The carpet in the room was sticky. Overall love to stay here, however first time the breakfast as disappointing and cleanliness of room was disappointing

I asked for bed to be made and clean towels daily. I stayed 6 days. Room was done once and fresh towels twice. Breakfast potatoes and sausage was too spicy to eat. Scrambled eggs every day--more variety would be nice. lifting a gallon jug of milk, approx 8 lbs, waws not easy. Why no individual containers. Visit that area often. Won't stay again.

First of all, the staff we encountered, desk and breakfast attendant were simply awesome. They really were excellent people. The rooms were beautiful and we wished we were able to spend more time there than we were able to. The breakfast was really good. Nice variety and it was always freshly tended to. Your coffee was not bad at all! The rooms was really nice, the temperature was easy to control. Nice beds, great selection of pillows, it was just so comfortable. We had a super experience there, I will stay at this brand of hotel again. This location is exemplary.
