Extremely horrible experience never again.

I made a reservation for myself n it went under my wife's name on accident they told me I could fix the reservation n that it was gonna be accredited to her room instead of my own n there's nothing they would or could do to fix it so I could go into my own room to sleep. Then they told me that me n her can share her room instead which wouldn't work due to all the kids already there. They did not care at all did not try to fix the issue at all they told me I couldn't sit in the lobby to charge my phone to order a Lyft or Uber or even make a call for a ride home. So then I was asked to leave the lobby n get off there property since I wasn't a guest. As I start walking home in -14° weather I start loosing feeling in my hands n feet expecially w all the snow I was walking home in..the next thing I know here comes the police asking me to run my name y idk I wasn't doing nothing wrong,so I give them the info and waited for the Clarence as they cleared me the officer asked me if I needed a ride home so I took him up on his offer I was freezing and already distressed behind my experience with this hotel. They suck there rooms suck n they don't even offer u a cover to sleep with. They give u a fitted sheet and a loose sheet n that's it that's all. They also kicked my girlfriend out due to her autistic son steaming, they said he was a disturbance. So they made them leave the next day come check out.hes nonverbal autistic and has no control over that type of deal. That's way outta line

This hotel does not live up to the name and reputation of the Wyndham. It needs a thorough cleaning, sanitation, and decor makeover. Repair torn furniture and replace torn shower curtains. These upgrades will greatly enhance the property and make the stay more pleasant.

We have been here I believe three times it's a good motel it's just needs to be upgraded esp the doors the cards were not working properly. And the coffee needs to have an upgrade so do the TVs and coffee pots.

It felt like a cheap motel

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the pillow case had black stains on it.
