On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). There’s also a modern bathroom with a toilet and a garage for your convenience.



Upstairs, another bathroom with a toilet serves the two bedrooms. One features two single beds (90 cm), while the other has a mezzanine with a bunk bed (90 cm), making it perfect for children or extra guests. From here, you can step outside onto a terrace, which overlooks a semi-enclosed garden—an ideal spot for meals or relaxing outdoors.



The residence provides a quiet environment with no direct nuisances, ensuring a peaceful retreat. You can park your vehicle in the residence parking lot, and the beach at La Phibie is just a short distance away, perfect for a day by the sea.
